She always came straight back to me when I emailed or rang. I liked the idea of using an independent estate agent rather than part of a chain as well l. Would definitely recommend them!

However during the agreed length of the agreement, no viewing was arranged, at the end of the 4th week, agent approached me for a chat, agreed a time. He never contacted me, my overall experience with this so called “ Estate Agent” is terrible, no communication from the office/agent since instruction, not pro active. This resulted in my withdrawing from the market

They quickly found tenants for our house and all of them were reliable and responsible. Any minor issues were dealt with by the members of the ET team effectively. From the outset, Sigourney explained things clearly and sensitively, which made a very difficult and emotional process far easier to manage. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and reassuring, and I felt fully supported at every stage. What stood out most was the calm and compassionate manner in which matters were dealt with. I always felt treated with patience, respect, and understanding, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. The professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the probate process. 22nd Jul 2026 (5 days ago)Adele was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole sale process; from the initial contact, getting the house on the market, offer, dealing with all parties during conveyancing, all the way to completion. I genuinely think I would’ve gone a bit crazy at times, if Adele wasn’t there to support. I would 100% recommend Adele to anyone looking for a proactive agent who is on the ball!

Sophie and Adele (and all others who were involved) have been excellent with their communication throughout, especially when external factors meant that there were some unexpected delays. They always remained patient, professional and understanding. I would highly recommend Lux Homes based on my experience.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

7th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We found the team at Noble very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.<br>In particular Billy was excellent, he valued our house and it was listed a few days later. After about 10 days we had an offer at asking price and the rest as they say is history.<br>We previously listed with another company with limited viewings, Billy and Noble gain more viewings in those 10 days than the previous company managed in 3 months!<br>We would whole heartedly recommended giving Billy a call if you plan on selling your home.<br>Thanks again Team Noble

Excellent photos and marketing resulted in four offers within three weeks. Dan looked after every aspect of the sale and even provided a central heating contact when the boiler needed replacing before sale. Couldn't praise him highly enough for the quality of the service and his professionalism.

They have moved away from the traditional hard sell estate agent , they work with huge knowledge and quiet confidence. We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.

They took the time to explain each step of the process clearly, never rushed us, and were always sensitive to the fact that this wasn’t just a property, but a much-loved family home.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout – we were kept updated on viewings, feedback, and offers, and our questions were always answered promptly. The marketing of the house was handled brilliantly, with great photos and a well-written listing that really highlighted the home’s best features.<br><br>What really stood out, though, was the personal touch.
