Communication was regular and I was kept informed, sometimes on a daily basis, as to progress. Shane, especially, went beyond my expectations to resolve some urgent issues. The rest of the team were very attentive and friendly and the sale went through without fuss and on schedule. Well done, highly recommended.

Mark was our first contact, he came round to value our property and get it on the market. To our surprise it sold in eleven days and an offer was accepted. From then on Lloyd and Paul were extremely helpful and kept us informed all along the way. We had a couple of issues with our buyers, but was quickly sorted out buy the team. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who asked about them. Thanks again to your team, really appreciate all you did for my wife and myself.

As I live over 250 miles from the property sold the team at C & P were extremely effective in organising the various requirements in the pre-sale period eg clearing the very overgrown garden and the clearance of furniture and the loft. So personable, quick to respond and get issues sorted, professional and efficient. In particular, Hannah and Jo have been amazing to work with, we are really grateful for all of their hard work. Even though it took a while Alex was there to work through any problems as was Sophie who also was there whenever we needed any advice. As stressful as moving is lux homes Hornchurch was so helpful I fully recommend using them for there wonderful service they provided Thank you guys

They have provided a fantastic service by communicating clearly, being friendly and helpful, and always taking the time to respond to any queries or issues. Compared to other letting agents I have been with, this is by far the best one out there. Ben Vainola was super helpful during my time as a tenant. If I ever had any requests or queries Ben would always be quick to respond with a solution. I always felt reassured by having Ben as my letting agent as he was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Ben would even respond out of hours and was always quick to resolve any concerns or answer any queries.

Selling a property long distance is not easy but Allan and Jason ensured everything went smoothly and I was kept up to date. We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers. I was kept up to date at every stage, we had a buyer pull out and the next day they had another buyer at the same offer ready to go. Special mention to Joshua who did the valuation , he made me feel at ease straight away and I trusted he could sell the house quickly. The whole team are really friendly and easy to get in touch with.
