Lisa was very understanding of the situation, offered an honest valuation and regularly checked in with us so see how mum was getting on during her care home trial. Mum decided she wasn't quite ready for care home life and wanted to return and stay in her own home but we appreciated the service abd attention we received ftom Lisa.

They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.
16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

Made us feel very comfortable and overall top bloke.<br>Clare was helping us move forward once offer was accepted and she was brilliant, kept us constantly in the loop and chasing both solicitors for answers.<br>Overall great experience with Maddison Fox.

His communication was first class, always keeping us updated, chasing solicitors and other parties when needed, and ensuring we always knew exactly where things stood. His professionalism, persistence and proactive approach were instrumental in getting our sale over the line.<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending John Thoma Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. They made everything feel straightforward and stress-free, which isn’t always the case when renting. Communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The property was exactly as described, and the move-in process was smooth and well-organized. I’d definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy rental experience.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

Alex in particular was very helpful throughout and helped massively with nudging solicitors and on all sides to ensure the process to exchange was on track. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for a purchase and am v confident they’d be just as excellent for a sale and will certainly come to them if we ever sell!

From the very beginning, Martine Hamilton kept us informed at every stage of the process, which made what can often be a stressful and uncertain time feel much more manageable. Whenever we had questions for the sellers, or needed updates from the solicitors, Martine was straight onto it, chasing things up and coming back to us with quick, clear responses. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she clearly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.<br><br>We’d also like to thank Svetlana, who showed us the property, for being so helpful and welcoming from the very first viewing. Her knowledge of the property and the local area gave us real confidence in our decision, and she made the whole viewing experience a pleasure.<br><br>Having such a reliable and proactive team behind us made an enormous difference, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to guide our son through buying his new home. We eventually agreed that it was the wrong time for us to move and that we would start again in a year's time. Steven reached out a year later and without any pressure asked if we would be ready, and we said yes.<br><br>Ashleigh and Sophia managed viewings and were always professional and gave detailed feedback on our viewers' thoughts. We never chased them as they knew when to get in touch and gave realistic timelines.<br><br>Ashleigh managed the sales process, once we accepted the offer on our property. She was proactive and consistently updated us with any developments. Ashleigh was always honest, informative, but also empathised with us when we encountered delays or setbacks from the chain. She never pressured us to make any decisions, which we really appreciated.<br><br>The whole team exceeded our expectations. When it was time to hand in my keys, I entered the office whilst the team was having a good time, mid-song and laughing, which just showed me what a friendly and high-performing team looks like. I would highly recommend them.
