Chris Rawlings and the whole team has always been professional, helpful, and very supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and prompt, and we truly felt that they cared about achieving the best result for us. Buying or selling a property can be stressful, but they made everything much smoother and easier with their experience, patience, and dedication. They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.
16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

During a long a tricky process the whole team (but particularly Paul D) showed patience, discretion, determination, positivity, professionalism and put in long hours. These guys work 7 days a week, well past closing hours when needed, they’re completely transparent with everything and everyone and know the market like no one else in the area. Great job and highly recommended.

From the very first moment Alex Durden came to value our property, his passion and enthusiasm really stood out. He always had time for us and consistently went above and beyond to offer guidance, advice, and — most importantly — reassurance throughout the whole process. Selling a home can be stressful, but Alex made us feel supported every step of the way. Jane was also incredible from start to finish.
