In fact we'd bought it 23 years ago using them then also.<br>The whole team that I dealt with from Ken who came out to view the house at the beginning , to Bil who dealt with my ever increasingly anxious telephone calls amicably and patiently and Imran and Tom who were also professional and friendly throughout (apologies if I have missed anyone out) the service I received from them was great.
7th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I have recently sold a rental property with Kings Church Langley, Ross and the team provided an excellent service throughout.<br><br>This was the 2nd time I had tried to sell my property, the first with a sitting tenant, which made it exceptionally difficult.<br><br>Ross remained committed, professional, provided regular updates and secured many viewings. The actual sale process also proceeded with very few problems.<br><br>Overall a great service, thank you to the Kings team.

She always came straight back to me when I emailed or rang. I liked the idea of using an independent estate agent rather than part of a chain as well l. Would definitely recommend them!

However during the agreed length of the agreement, no viewing was arranged, at the end of the 4th week, agent approached me for a chat, agreed a time. He never contacted me, my overall experience with this so called “ Estate Agent” is terrible, no communication from the office/agent since instruction, not pro active. This resulted in my withdrawing from the market

From the start through to completion, the level of communication was excellent and the team worked very hard, with someone always available when I had any queries. A special shout out to Dale on the Sales side and Hayley, Sales Progressor, who worked tirelessly to keep the sale on track when there were a few complications, liaising with both solicitors and other parties and myself. I would definitely recommend.

From the outset, Sigourney explained things clearly and sensitively, which made a very difficult and emotional process far easier to manage. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and reassuring, and I felt fully supported at every stage. What stood out most was the calm and compassionate manner in which matters were dealt with. I always felt treated with patience, respect, and understanding, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. The professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the probate process. I genuinely think I would’ve gone a bit crazy at times, if Adele wasn’t there to support. I would 100% recommend Adele to anyone looking for a proactive agent who is on the ball!

He is exceptionally good at what he does, we couldn’t recommend him enough. He would provide regular updates and got things done so quickly for us. He’s extremely easy to talk to and always goes above and beyond for clients. Overall this experience was made 10 times less stressful because of the perfect service we received from him!

7th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We found the team at Noble very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.<br>In particular Billy was excellent, he valued our house and it was listed a few days later. After about 10 days we had an offer at asking price and the rest as they say is history.<br>We previously listed with another company with limited viewings, Billy and Noble gain more viewings in those 10 days than the previous company managed in 3 months!<br>We would whole heartedly recommended giving Billy a call if you plan on selling your home.<br>Thanks again Team Noble

From the moment we instructed him through to completion, Tom kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates and excellent communication. 17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
