Communication was regular and I was kept informed, sometimes on a daily basis, as to progress. Shane, especially, went beyond my expectations to resolve some urgent issues. The rest of the team were very attentive and friendly and the sale went through without fuss and on schedule. Well done, highly recommended.

The marketing was excellent and we were very pleased with the photos that Daniel took. Our house sold on the first day it went on the market and the team were very efficient in dealing with the offers made and keeping us in the loop at all times. The property we purchased was also with Fenn Wright, once again we were impressed when shown around by the team and felt we could trust their advice. We would certainly recommend Fenn Wright to anyone who is thinking of putting their house on the market.

As I live over 250 miles from the property sold the team at C & P were extremely effective in organising the various requirements in the pre-sale period eg clearing the very overgrown garden and the clearance of furniture and the loft. So personable, quick to respond and get issues sorted, professional and efficient. In particular, Hannah and Jo have been amazing to work with, we are really grateful for all of their hard work. I have been looking for a place for so long and she managed to find me the perfect one bedroom apartment, she knows I have been fussy however there hasn't been much on the market recently and once I got the call she guided me through the whole process from start to finish I could not thank her enough and would recommend anyone who is looking please go to her! great estate agents to work with would recommend

They have provided a fantastic service by communicating clearly, being friendly and helpful, and always taking the time to respond to any queries or issues. Compared to other letting agents I have been with, this is by far the best one out there. Ben Vainola was super helpful during my time as a tenant. If I ever had any requests or queries Ben would always be quick to respond with a solution. I always felt reassured by having Ben as my letting agent as he was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Ben would even respond out of hours and was always quick to resolve any concerns or answer any queries.

Selling a property long distance is not easy but Allan and Jason ensured everything went smoothly and I was kept up to date. If They were not available when I contacted the office their Team were fully aware of circumstances and able to answer / follow up any queries. I would highly recommend this Estate Agent.

We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers. I was kept up to date at every stage, we had a buyer pull out and the next day they had another buyer at the same offer ready to go. Special mention to Joshua who did the valuation , he made me feel at ease straight away and I trusted he could sell the house quickly. The whole team are really friendly and easy to get in touch with.
