The listing was put together very quickly, and I had my first viewing within a couple of days, which ultimately led to a sale. Throughout the process, they provided me with regular updates both over the phone and via email. I would gladly work with Palmer & Partners again, and would recommend them highly to family and friends!

18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Not had input with estate agents side of Connells, but rather the mortgage advisor Christopher Smith, whose knowledge of the market and mortgage products was invaluable, he helped guide us and updated us on any changes such as a new mortgage offer when the existing one pulled its product, Chris was professional, patient and kept us update on everything. Additionally it was advantages that he worked on Saturdays which is good to know if you work full time, Chris had a good rapport, non judgmental an ultimate professional in his field and an asset to Connells.

I can safely say Elli is how an estate agent should be. She will go above and beyond, plus we feel she is working to our best interest and not solely working on behalf of the buyer. Although we are not buying through her I have created a list of good estate agents and she is on it, I will be recommending this list to all new first time buyers in my circle.

A recent new tenancy was handled particularly well by Jody Manno and Daniel Lawrence who both went the extra mile for us whilst we were away overseas.

Our viewing was cancelled the day before due to a vendor accepting the first offer on a property. I feel if the vendor had known of our position, our viewing could have gone ahead and we would have made an offer.

Sophie in particular has been excellent. Great communication and tenacious to the last! Jake and Mickey have been great, a real personal touch and attention to detail that you just don’t get with the big estate agents. I would recommend them every day of the week. Many thanks to a great team.
