25th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)William H Brown produced a very quick outcome for my probate sale which had languished with 2 other Agents. Communication was regular and I was kept informed, sometimes on a daily basis, as to progress. Shane, especially, went beyond my expectations to resolve some urgent issues. The rest of the team were very attentive and friendly and the sale went through without fuss and on schedule. Well done, highly recommended.
19th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)We have just sold our property through Williams and Donovan. I cannot praise the team there highly enough. Mark was our first contact, he came round to value our property and get it on the market. To our surprise it sold in eleven days and an offer was accepted. From then on Lloyd and Paul were extremely helpful and kept us informed all along the way. We had a couple of issues with our buyers, but was quickly sorted out buy the team. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who asked about them. Thanks again to your team, really appreciate all you did for my wife and myself.

The marketing was excellent and we were very pleased with the photos that Daniel took. Our house sold on the first day it went on the market and the team were very efficient in dealing with the offers made and keeping us in the loop at all times. The property we purchased was also with Fenn Wright, once again we were impressed when shown around by the team and felt we could trust their advice. We would certainly recommend Fenn Wright to anyone who is thinking of putting their house on the market.

As I live over 250 miles from the property sold the team at C & P were extremely effective in organising the various requirements in the pre-sale period eg clearing the very overgrown garden and the clearance of furniture and the loft. So personable, quick to respond and get issues sorted, professional and efficient. In particular, Hannah and Jo have been amazing to work with, we are really grateful for all of their hard work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agents to anyone. We rented for a number of years and dealt with many estate agents; Elwell Taylor have been the best by a mile. Thanks for everything! I received weekly updates from Natasha, their Senior Sales Progressor, who was always helpful, proactive, and easy to reach whenever I had questions she defo went above and beyond at all times. From the very first viewing with Bradley & Caroline through to exchange and completion, the whole process felt well-supported and i felt less stressed for sure. I also used Morgan, the mortgage broker who works alongside the company, and he made the financial side just as straightforward - always helpful and there if i had any questions! Overall, a great team that truly made the buying journey a positive one despite it felt like forever due to enquiries! I highly recommend! Thanks! Yildiz

Even though it took a while Alex was there to work through any problems as was Sophie who also was there whenever we needed any advice. As stressful as moving is lux homes Hornchurch was so helpful I fully recommend using them for there wonderful service they provided Thank you guys

They have provided a fantastic service by communicating clearly, being friendly and helpful, and always taking the time to respond to any queries or issues. Compared to other letting agents I have been with, this is by far the best one out there. Ben Vainola was super helpful during my time as a tenant. If I ever had any requests or queries Ben would always be quick to respond with a solution. I always felt reassured by having Ben as my letting agent as he was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Ben would even respond out of hours and was always quick to resolve any concerns or answer any queries.

We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers. I was kept up to date at every stage, we had a buyer pull out and the next day they had another buyer at the same offer ready to go. Special mention to Joshua who did the valuation , he made me feel at ease straight away and I trusted he could sell the house quickly. The whole team are really friendly and easy to get in touch with.
