We went to view a house with them and they sent us a form to fill where we gave all our details,this was after the viewing, but this people never got back to us. We kept calling to atleast update us on the house whether successful or not and they promised to give us a call with feedback but they never did. Their customer service and feedback is nothing to write home about. They really do not care but you guys can aspire to do better. Cheers

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

He has been fantastic from the very start and he has always gone above and beyond for us. Really friendly, helpful and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Communication with Rob or any of his colleagues at Nicholas Percival whether it was face to face, via the telephone or email has always been polite, knowledgable and in a very timely manner. We hope this will be our forever home, so won't require the services of Nicholas Percival but will be sure to recommend to any friends or family needing such services. Thanks again to the Nicholas Percival team.
16th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Although never paid clients of David Martin, we purchased through them and have been floored by the incredible experience of Connor Murphy in Tiptree. We were treated with complete attentiveness, dedication and respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, from anyone in the team when we called, especially Connor. We were met with total transparency and reassurance, and quickly Connor was the only reliable source of support and information in a frustrating chain. Thank you to Connor for being a total source of support and responding so quickly and efficiently with every query we had. By far our “go to” person. Moving house is something we won’t be embarking on (hopefully!) for a long long time, however should we, we will be knocking on the door without fail!

19th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)If I could give no stars, I would. This company is absolutely disgraceful from lying, time wasting, absolutely no communication and complete forgery. They took a holding deposit from us TWICE, the first time saying the tenants weren't moving to then upload it again under a different house number and ignore the emails regarding this but happy to take the deposit again, a holding deposit should secure the flat while the relevant checks are done, however when we noticed the flat was back on rightmove with NO COMMUNICATION again, we of course questioned this to which Bartlett and Hammond admitted they had given it to another couple, so they took a holding deposit which literally means to hold the property and NOT let others view it and apply. None of which makes sense considering they reposted it online, you'd think all the time they save not doing their job properly they could at least come up with a better lie. Now if you ever do get a response from these guys (like getting fire from ice) it will be the most informal and rude email you will ever receive. Do not use these guys unless you like your time wasted, money taken and being lied to.

The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. With weekly updates, we always knew were we stood. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend them. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job.
