Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.

However, the staff made sure we received up-to-date property listings in the town, which helped us secure an even better deal than the original one.<br><br>Thanks to Mia and Belsia!

13th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

22nd Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)The whole team at Arkwright’s in Saffron Walden have been a joy to work with. From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

From start to finish, they were a superb estate agent to deal with, and their support made a genuinely difficult transaction far more manageable.<br><br>This sale wasn’t straightforward due to Probate and equity release issues, but Richard’s help and guidance throughout was faultless. He was calm, responsive, and always one step ahead—providing clear advice and reassuring us at every stage.<br><br>David Burr truly went beyond the realms of an estate agent. 7th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Brought a property through this company, after the offer was accepted, I have tried on numerous occasions to find out progress regarding ongoing chain..no response ever.. the only contact was the morning my property went back onto the market..<br>By 10am they were on the phone for updates. Glad I went with others for my sale ..

From the start through to completion, the level of communication was excellent and the team worked very hard, with someone always available when I had any queries. A special shout out to Dale on the Sales side and Hayley, Sales Progressor, who worked tirelessly to keep the sale on track when there were a few complications, liaising with both solicitors and other parties and myself. I would definitely recommend.

The service from King's is exceptional, they are professional and dedicated . They make sure they do anything and everything they can. Everything is always explained . All these things were a minefield for me. I would never have managed and made the right decisions with out the exceptional and professional advice from King's. Thank you to Lorraine & Gina for helping us through out the process where we were buying our first property. unfortunately we had chosen the worst solicitors imaginable. They were on the case through out the process even on their days off chasing for us. We would never have gotten the property when we did if was not for them ?? thank you girls. Safe to say if we ever move in the future we will be using knights residential in Colchester ???????????? Megan & Justin

We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.
17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

22nd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Palmer & Partners were very efficient and professional, and have a good team covering all aspects of my sale, from the initial marketing to help with local solicitors quotes and EPC certification etc. Friendly and approachable, and sold my property well within the promised timeframe. I would use them again.
