23rd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Incredible service from Aston White from start to finish. Martin was great. Very professional, with excellent communication and most importantly, they knew how to attract the right serious buyers. They handled the viewings, kept us informed, and were very knowledgeable about the local market. A lot of estate agents are more like “marketing” companies and lack the personal touch. Aston White feels more like a professional consultancy, which is what makes them different. If you are looking to sell or buy a property in Billericay, I would suggest speaking with Aston White first. We tried a local estate agent before, and you couldn’t even compare the two.

Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.

Nicola was in contact with both solicitors and made sure that the whole process ran smoothly and everyone was on the ball. Great team and if I ever have to sell a property again, I will happily use Temme English.
13th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

Right from the start, he went above and beyond and made what could have been a really stressful process so much easier. He was always available to answer our questions, whether it was during working hours, in the evenings or even on weekends. He kept communication flowing between us and our buyer, making sure we were always up to date and never left wondering. Ian also gave us some brilliant advice on the photos and listing, which made a real difference in getting people through the door for viewings. Throughout the whole process his experience and attention to detail was obvious. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. Looking back, we don't think we would have sold our flat without him. Couldn't recommend Ian more highly. Thank you so much for everything

Excellent photos and marketing resulted in four offers within three weeks. Dan looked after every aspect of the sale and even provided a central heating contact when the boiler needed replacing before sale. Couldn't praise him highly enough for the quality of the service and his professionalism.

We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.

He gave us honest, accurate advice and explained the market clearly. He also shared very interesting statistics that helped us understand how buyers behave and why certain approaches work. Everything he told us was backed by real knowledge and proved to be true.<br><br>Matt kept me updated throughout the process, sometimes more than once a day, and provided ongoing encouragement, advice and support. I asked many questions, often every day and sometimes during evenings and weekends, but nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always patient, responsive and reassuring.<br><br>Justin handled the viewings with complete professionalism, as well as genuine warmth and care. We eventually agreed that it was the wrong time for us to move and that we would start again in a year's time. Steven reached out a year later and without any pressure asked if we would be ready, and we said yes.<br><br>Ashleigh and Sophia managed viewings and were always professional and gave detailed feedback on our viewers' thoughts. We never chased them as they knew when to get in touch and gave realistic timelines.<br><br>Ashleigh managed the sales process, once we accepted the offer on our property. She was proactive and consistently updated us with any developments. Ashleigh was always honest, informative, but also empathised with us when we encountered delays or setbacks from the chain. She never pressured us to make any decisions, which we really appreciated.<br><br>The whole team exceeded our expectations. When it was time to hand in my keys, I entered the office whilst the team was having a good time, mid-song and laughing, which just showed me what a friendly and high-performing team looks like.
