2nd Sep 2026 (18 days ago)David, Amie and Chloe at Park Lane were personable and professional. A special mention of Amie here, who went above and beyond to keep things on track throughout (and reassurance for me when I needed it at times in the sale process). We also used their reccomended solicitors who were absolutely fantastic too.<br><br>When it came to photographs of the property, David was very knowledgeable about styling the house and we were able to sell within 2 days of being on the market. We are now in our absolute dream house and are very happy that we used Park Lane.
13th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

22nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)The whole team at Arkwright’s in Saffron Walden have been a joy to work with. From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

Everyone was incredibly attentive, professional and genuinely friendly and supportive throughout our sale, which was at times challenging. We took his advice and soon had many viewings and offers.<br>The other members of staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our main link was Karen Johnson and Sarah, in Karen’s absence, who both kept us updated regularly even when there wasn’t any particular new info, which helped a great deal just to be kept in the loop.<br>Thanks once again for all your help and I can definitely recommend InterCounty Estate Agents.

We really appreciate their support and assistance.- 7th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Great experience buying and selling through Intercounty Stansted. The team really do know the local market, and I had a sale agreed in excess of the asking price within 3 weeks of going on the market.<br><br>Tom, Liz, Carol and the whole team continued their support through the whole process until completion day. They really did make the process as stress-free as possible, and Carol worked very hard to progress the sale. Very helpful having the office located locally in the village so that you’re able to drop in when it’s needed.

They really buck the trend of the stereotypical estate agent - we felt well informed and that they were transparent throughout the process. Most importantly, we never felt under pressure to buy unlike our uncomfortable experience with some other national agents. We would highly recommend if you're looking for an agent in the area - they're an absolute pleasure to deal with.
10th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)After a long and arduous completion things fell into place mainly because of the considerable efforts of Suzanne Towse for which I thank her I had some issues with the cause and length of this process hence only 3 stars none of which were down to her John Spindler- 14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Intercounty Dunmow helped me with the sale of my shared ownership property. The housing association had listed the property as required for 3 months with not a single viewing arranged. I was deflated about it and Intercounty changed the whole thing. I was very impressed by the initial appointment and how quickly they got it on the market.<br><br>Intercounty handled all of the viewings and communicated really well throughout. Very quickly I received offers and the sale was arranged. Unfortunately the first buyer pulled out at the last minute. Intercounty again very quickly found another buyer. I spoke mostly with Annabel Gurnett who was great both times!<br><br>After the sale was agreed Hayley French progressed the sale and without her I’m not sure what I would have done, it felt like she made it her personal mission to get it done. The buyers solicitor was very slow and Hayley sent multiple chaser emails and kept me updated throughout. It made the process much less stressful, so thank you so much.<br><br>Overall everyone was really helpful and technically sold the flat twice (thankfully only charging me once!). Really good team, highly recommended!

The marketing process was smooth, and our property sold very quickly. We encountered some unexpected issues along the way, but Tom and Brad handled everything professionally and supported us throughout, ensuring the sale went through. Many, many hurdles had to be overcome, but at every point she advocated for me, kept me informed and worked incredibly hard to find a way forward.<br><br>What could easily have been an incredibly stressful process was made so much easier by having someone who was responsive, compassionate and genuinely solution-focused on the other end of the phone. I never felt like just another application or reference number - I felt that Phoebe genuinely wanted to help me and my daughter secure our home.<br><br>Even when things became complicated, she never simply accepted that something couldn't be done. She communicated clearly with everyone involved, explored the available options and kept things moving until we finally got there.<br><br>I'm enormously grateful to her, and Leaders are very lucky to have her.
