A special shout-out to Chloe and Amie, who were fantastic from start to finish. They were always on hand to answer our questions, liaise with the sellers, keep us updated, and manage every aspect of the chain. Their communication and support went far beyond what we expected and made what can be a very stressful experience so much easier. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Park Lane to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
13th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

Ashley was excellent and worked efficiently to progress the purchase. He provided us with regular updates as well as honest, trustworthy advice and information.<br><br>When viewing, they had lots of information about the properties they showed us and were able to answer most of our questions there and then. They updated us quickly about anything they were unsure about.<br><br>Overall, I found them honest, open and reliable, and would use them again in future.

During that time various different staff have worked in the lettings department and I have always found them to be helpful and courteous in dealing with any issues I have raised, including maintenance of the property, negotiating any increases in the rent and finding good and trustworthy tenants.<br>At the time I was completely new to the property rental business and one particular member of that team has always stood out to me.<br>Louise Mooyer has been extremely helpful in answering any questions I put to her and advising me on a range of subjects including my responsibilities as a Landlord, Section 21 notices, the new Renters Rights Act and how best to market the property when I wanted to sell it, which I now have.<br>Louise is clearly very experienced in her field, with outstanding knowledge of the business and the local area. I have always found her easy to talk to and her affable manner is a real asset to this company. From start to finish, they were a superb estate agent to deal with, and their support made a genuinely difficult transaction far more manageable.<br><br>This sale wasn’t straightforward due to Probate and equity release issues, but Richard’s help and guidance throughout was faultless. He was calm, responsive, and always one step ahead—providing clear advice and reassuring us at every stage.<br><br>David Burr truly went beyond the realms of an estate agent. 7th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Brought a property through this company, after the offer was accepted, I have tried on numerous occasions to find out progress regarding ongoing chain..no response ever.. the only contact was the morning my property went back onto the market..<br>By 10am they were on the phone for updates. Glad I went with others for my sale ..- 3rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently sold a property using Intercounty Great Dunmow. From the start through to completion, the level of communication was excellent and the team worked very hard, with someone always available when I had any queries. A special shout out to Dale on the Sales side and Hayley, Sales Progressor, who worked tirelessly to keep the sale on track when there were a few complications, liaising with both solicitors and other parties and myself. I would definitely recommend.

The service from King's is exceptional, they are professional and dedicated . They make sure they do anything and everything they can. Everything is always explained . All these things were a minefield for me. I would never have managed and made the right decisions with out the exceptional and professional advice from King's. If I could give 11 stars I would!<br><br>I recently had the best experience with the William h Brown team in Harlow especially Amber, Chloe, Holly and James! They really took the time to understand what I needed and went above to help me ensure I got the perfect place for me. I can’t have asked for a more well rounded group of people. From the very first phone call with Holly and Chloe (full of warmth, care and really hearing me as a client and as person) too meeting Amber (who is just the best, full of kindness but also just knowing her stuff! As well as being attentive/understanding of what a client truly needs to be happy in a property)- to asking James some more questions about bits and bobs; honestly the whole experience was truly how it should be pleasant, simple, clean and reassuring when needed! They take the time and put in the energy and care to make you feel seen and heard for exactly what you’re looking for!<br><br>Honestly anyone looking for a property in Essex needs to go to them, I even recommended them to a lady in my old building because honestly I believe they are just that great!<br><br>No rushing, no stress , just nice, honest, caring and efficient people - I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
