It all went through within a couple of months and would probably not have happened without the skills of Annabel Fearnall and her colleagues at Barbers Rural. We made enquiries from several agencies including well-known nationally-recognised firms, but Barbers Rural was by far the best with their intimate knowledge of the locality. There was really no contest and the result of the sale is testimony to that. Also, theirs was by far the most reasonable cost. We have nothing but praise for and thanks to the firm for their professional standards and for the manner in which they prepared our house for the potential limited number of purchasers. We were always confident that Annabel was on top of the situation and was working in our best interests. We can thoroughly recommend Barbers Rural - we couldn't have done better.

We were given a full & clear explanation of the whole process & who would walk us through each stage of that process… we felt reassured knowing there’s no such thing as a stupid question & never felt pushed or pressured at any stage. 11th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I would like to say a massive thank you to Lacey Eldridge, she has helped and understood the circumstances that I have arisen as I have had no luck with previous staff as jobs in my home haven’t been carried out since last year. I rang the company and Lacey answered with a professional manner Lacey listened and understood my concerns that needed be done. She has made such an effort to sort the situation out in my home I also contacted Lacey today to query something I was unsure off due to no communication from the other staff member but Lacey bless her got back to me and reassured me with the sernario which put me at ease. I can’t thank Lacey enough she is a great asset to the Butters John Bee team as she shows compassion within her role even though I have only spoken to her and not met her in person you can tell she wants to make people’s experience the best way possible. Once again I want to say a massive thank you to you Lacey much appreciated.

Together with his business partner Chris Mobbs they created plenty of viewings culminating in a good sale price. The marketing strategy was above and beyond others and the communication always timely and helpful. Overall we feel that F&C offer a very professional and personal service.

13th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
