They were reassuring and extremely helpful throughout the transition between tenants. Brandon from the Property Management/Deposit Team was also excellent, providing quick and supportive responses during a stressful period following property damage. Thank you all for your assistance and professionalism.

I wouldn’t use the again but the employees are approachable and kind. I just needed a stronger, more orofessional and experienced representation.
4th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)John was very responsive to my calls and did what he said he was going to do. He gave helpful advice based on his obvious knowledge of the market and local businesses. He arranged for things to be done, which really helped as I was not local. Other staff were friendly and helpful.

Being able to WhatsApp / keep in contact out of normal hours was a real help. Emma kept us updated at each stage and even went above and beyond. We would highly recommend.

He consistently kept us updated on the progress of both our sale and our onward purchase, which gave us real peace of mind and took away the stress. He was always willing to chase solicitors to help move things along as quickly as possible. He managed communication between us, our buyer and the vendor of our new home brilliantly. 27th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I am not qualified to review Halls as an organisation, but I am eminently qualified to review the help given to me by the delightful member of staff who dealt with my consignment, which was directly connected with Stalag Luft III and the Great Escape. If other members of staff at Halls share even half the fine attributes of Caroline Dennard, then I suspect that the organisation itself deserves five stars too. At a very difficult time in my life, following the death of my wife, Caroline was unstinting in her labours, her empathy and her professionalism. She did more to honour the memory of the remarkable wartime RAF officer, whose memorabilia I was reluctantly having to sell, than I could ever have hoped for, even arranging for additional research by Doctor Steve Bond. Her hard work and kindness both yielded great dividends, for she not only helped soothe my suffering soul, but also bettered the auction's guide price. Most important, she put my beloved step-father's memory and medals into the hands of someone who would understand and value them.

13th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation. Do better.

14th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)When I read some of the old tenants’ reviews mentioning that the estate agent had deducted from their deposit, I was worried the same might happen to me. The garden wasn’t in perfect condition when I gave the key back, but I had painted most of the house, given it a deep clean, removed all nails, filled the holes, and repainted the whole room where needed. To my surprise, the estate agent didn’t claim a single penny from my deposit. This shows that if you return the property in a nice, clean, and well-maintained condition, they are fair and won’t deduct unnecessary charges. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, fairness, and helpful attitude. While living in the property, they were always cooperative and responsive whenever I needed assistance, which made my tenancy much smoother. Highly recommended — a trustworthy estate agent who values honesty and treats tenants respectfully.

Vicky who initially showed me the property and arranged subsequent viewings, was really helpful when I was unsure how to proceed. Luke and Phil were always available when I called with questions, and their system of solicitor and surveyor suggestions (in a range of fees for services) was really helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is planning to buy or sell a property in the Nantwich area.
