10th Dec 2023 (10 mo. ago)One of the oddest experiences I've had in awhile, from the moment our listing went live we've had numerous issues with things being missing from the listing and then having to wait a week at a time for them to be added. Garage missing from the floor plan, bathroom missing from the overview, entire internal specifications missing from the description and then a month down the line noticing the EPC was never added even though we've got a valid EPC. The frustrating thing is that all of the above information was given before the listing went on and it was all still disregarded. When we emailed regarding our disappointment in the whole process and the fact we might want to take our listing down because it had been inaccurate for so long, it was gone within 24 hours with no response to our email. You can clearly see where priorities lay here.

They certainly earned their fee - there was a lot of interest so they had to organise several long days of successive viewings. They handled the process very well, keeping us informed promptly of prospective buyers' interest and offers, and gave us good advice on which offers to accept. And they pointed us towards an excellent local solicitor - all in all we were extremely glad we chose them- This agent doesn't have any reviews

7th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

25th Apr 2024 (24 weeks ago)Once again, having used their sister company - Martin & Co - many times previously as a very happy customer, it was only natural I use Whitegates to sell our house. Not only was every single person I dealt with at Whitegates courteous, professional, attentive and friendly but their price was by far the best value - a winning combination! Dropped one star only because I had to chase up for viewing updates a couple of times but otherwise excellent. A special shout out to Sarah who, once an agreed sale is passed to her, she is very proactive and kept me regularly updated. Despite the one-star drop, I cannot recommend Whitegates highly enough.

I was so well supported throughout all the trials and tribulations of selling and buying. She was extremely pro-active and super quick at getting things sorted out with solicitors and estate agents. A “real person”, she was always there at the end of the phone or responding to messages, including outside of regular business hours - unlike my previous experiences of officious agents “not at their desk” or waiting hours for a return call. I cannot recommend her highly enough - her business ethics, efficiency, marketing and personal service are amazing. 5*
