31st Jan 2025 (20 weeks ago)Overall I am satisfied with the service provided. The property took a long time to sell and I feel this time could have been reduced with better advice about market pricing and just in general pushing harder for a sale. Communication in the final stages of the sale I also feel could have been better from the agent to myself and my solicitor. For example one or two emails were not actioned quick enough or effectively enough by the agent. Other than this the agent was pleasant to deal with.

22nd Dec 2024 (26 weeks ago)Ashley Adams only succeeded in getting me one viewer over a 6 month period. I think the main problem was that Long Eaton isn't in their normal catchment area. The reason that I used them was because they were selling a property that I was interested in. Their six month agreement period is a long time to be tied in. I have now ended my agreement with them without a sale being achieved.
12th Mar 2025 (14 weeks ago)It's often said that moving home is a traumatic experience and I can't argue with that. All one can do is try to mitigate the stress which comes mainly from the sale of property. Key to this is recruiting an agent that is honest, realistic and helpful, a company that understands the need to plan and will give you an assessment of your property and situation that enables you to do just that. Bagshaws Ashbourne branch did so for me, which resulted in a prompt sale. Inevitably, problems did arise but they were resolved in a professional manner. Their local knowledge and communication skills proved invaluable and resulted in a transaction that satisfied the parties involved. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering either buying or selling a property.

3rd Jul 2024 (11 mo. ago)I have found Cadley Caldwell staff very helpful and friendly. They always keep us informed of viewings and are willing to answer queries and discuss options. Their advice re sale price was much more realistic than other agents.
26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Could not fault their service and value for money. It’s definitely not a one size fits all with these guys and I’ve always felt reassured in their approach to understand each client/property/tenant and their individual situations. Thank you GE team!
4th Jun 2025 (15 days ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!
