We did our own viewings and these were coordinated well. Feedback was also given and we always received a call back if requested. Would recomend them.

Always available to speak to and responded quickly to queries through email. Didn't need to ring my solicitor as the up-dates provided by the Office were on point so saved me time whilst working. Excellent 10/10 and would use again. Fees were competitive against other Agents too.

They have worked with us to adjust the valuation and how the property is advertised and once we had an offer that we were willing to accept, we have been impressed at the professionalism of ensuring our buyers are in the position they claimed before proceeding.
3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)I have found Cadley Caldwell staff very helpful and friendly. They always keep us informed of viewings and are willing to answer queries and discuss options. Their advice re sale price was much more realistic than other agents.

From the very start every aspect of the process was handled by them in an extremely professional confident way. Excellent photos and brochure, every viewing was handled by them and every stage of the sale was managed by them. We were confident in knowing the whole process was being totally professionally managed. We would only choose Whiteheads for our future estate agency business.
