After 3 months and only 2 viewings I have decided to end my agreement with Calders, take my property off the market and try with a different agent in a couple of months. I have been disappointed with my experience of Calders. I had to contact them for information about numbers of enquiries etc.

All of the staff at Frank Innes were so helpful and supportive whilst I made my decision. Amelia in particular (who came to two of the viewings) was so helpful and gave me lots of information about the property and its history. I would highly recommend the team at Frank Innes

18th Jul 2024 (10 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
