25th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

We were buying from overseas, and his support in virtual viewings and addressing programme and technical issues, was invaluable. We are extremely happy with our new house and remain on good terms with the Vendors, who have also been very helpful with the transition of ownership.

The costs were clearly communicated from the outset which wasn’t the case with some other agencies we contacted. Communication was excellent and they handled all negotiations well. In less than 1 week with Ryan James, the house has been sold! Absolutely amazing! We could not be more thrilled with Ryan, Gill and Lauren! They have been outstanding, communicative, honest and reliable. Their recommendations for conveyancing and mortgage services have also been great and we are so happy to now be moving forward. Can not fault them - I only wish we instructed them sooner! Best agent in the local area.
