This move was very challenging however all the team were continually working towards our final goal. Brian Thomas is professional, reliable and no problem is an issue. The team made contact on a daily basis with updates and advice. Selling your property with Brian Thomas you are treated as an individual rather than just a number. I would highly recommend this estate agents.

12th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)No communication. I needed to ring to get any updates one viewing in 6 months. Shop only open till lunchtime on a Saturday. Went 3 times to speak with them, on a Saturday and the shop was closed. Before lunchtime reduced price one week later went into the shop to tell them that the property was still full price in their window. paid nearly £900. For pictures and one media post on rightmove. So not good value for money.which I cant get anything back I needed to ask for my contract which they emailed to me after six months,to find out that no money would be given back not told this when I signed. Property does not sell its self need a good agent to push your property and tell you full details before you sign agreement.
14th Mar 2025 (11 days ago)They usually show people around for you so you just go out. On the one occasion they couldn't show someone around they did ask if we could do the viewing and gave us the option. We did show them round obviously!

6th Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)Kelsey is great. Very easy and fast service receiving the keys and moving in. Moving out is another story. I was dealing with a different estate agent, Paddy, when moving out. He went out his way to make sure I wasn’t going to see that deposit again. I got professional cleaners in but because I didn’t do the garden he took the whole deposit. Doesn’t cost £625 to get gardeners in but I’m glad I didn’t bother because he made sure I wasn’t going to get it regardless. He has also added 4 months electric and gas on to my bill even tho I’ve been moved out for 5 months now. Paddy is a relentless, condescending, sad guy who seems to get a thrill out of causing problems for females renting on their own. Keep this in mind if you live on your own and rely on your deposit in the future.

All of the viewing have been done, the offers collated and we have received email and telephone communication throughout the process. We are pleased we chose Reeds Rains, Durham.
26th Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)2 viewings one offer £40000 below asking price which was set by agent as realistic then they said it was probably too high. Also I take offence to their Facebook posts that state everything they touch turns to sold! When clearly it does not.

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

I received feedback on viewings and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process of letting the property. The team are excellent and I would have no hesitation in using Ben Charles again in the future.

Gillian was acting for the vendors of the property and everything conceivable kept going wrong my end. Gillian was incredibly reassuring and quite literally rescued the process from disaster. I now have a beautiful home which meets my needs which I am well aware would not have been the case had it not been for Gillian. She was compassionate and reassuring and I will always be grateful to her.
31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

20th May 2024 (10 mo. ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
7th Jan 2025 (11 weeks ago)Zero stars. I wrote my own sales brochure as they even struggled to do that. They undervalued my property and did little to get buyer interest. I did my viewings and found a buyer so their total contribution was zilch. They messed the sale up so I paid a withdrawal fee. The following Monday I listed with the brilliant Yopa but Signature relisted my house for £25k less just to cause trouble! I reported them to National Crime Agency as this is stealing personal information. We slapped a GDPR breach on the unprofessional time wasters. Zoopla and Rightmove helped me get their fake listing removed plus I arm-wrestled with Signatures 'MD'. The 'MD' is a flashy clown and the 'team' are morons. Leave well alone as they practice unethically and you'll only have problems and headaches. Yopa then showed me how it really should be done; six offers within the first four days and sold £35k over the asking price. Signature are worse than just a waste of time. Leave well alone.
