24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.
14th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)I would recommend Phipps & Pritchard Estate Agents. They are very friendly, gave me regular updates, and were the closest with the initial valuation of the property. Glad I chose them!
31st Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Stephen Peace was happy to keep reducing the price of our house in order to sell it. Unfortunately, we could not afford for him to do that so we changed agents to one with a more proactive approach.

They are so easy to talk to and communication is great with phone calls followed up with E Mails as confirmation. I would thoroughly recommend them , very professional and knowledgeable.
6th Aug 2020 (3 years ago)I recently sold and purchased a house through the Kinver office. It was during the very stressful national lockdown and consequently all communication had to be done either on the phone or by email. Dawn, based at the Kinver office, was always upbeat, willing to help and allay any worries. Both sales were handled with professionalism, kindness and with, i might add, much patience by Dawn. I could not have wished for more helpful, kinder staff and I would highly recommend Midcalf Nicholls to anyone. A big thank you to all at the Kinver office. Billy Pooler

Helpful and felt looked after if there were any issues with the properly. My landlord was also great and a pleasure to deal with even if not directly. Thank you for the few years in the house.

9th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)Nicol & Co delivered a fantastic service from start to finish. The channel of communication remained open from the moment we had our property valued by Robin to when we collected the keys at completion. They allowed us to view properties that were on their books but were not yet on the market and it was one of these that we are now lucky enough to call our home. It was actually Matt Nicol who was in the hot seat when we sold our house and it came as a result of him following up with previously interested parties after we decided to drop out asking price slightly. Once at the stage of completing legal documentation Nicol & Co sent an employee to our house to ensure it was done correctly, thus avoiding any delays further down the line. This was an unexpected bonus that was hugely appreciated. The sales progression team were exceptionally helpful and Odette was able to guide us through answering the inquiries we received from our purchasers and Coral ensured the solicitors were working towards the timeline we had requested. Nicol & Co were there to guide us at every step of the process and I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.- 8th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)We were with Taylors for 12 weeks until we decided to leave due to having only one viewing. We felt the house was accurately priced however one viewing leaves us wondering about the marketing quality as other houses similar to our last in the area had sold. On a personal note the agent we dealt with was friendly, helpful and answered any questions swiftly.
