25th Feb 2026 (16 days ago)Emmie-Jai and all of Scriven & Co have been wonderful - 24 hours from seeing the property online, we’ve viewed the property, and put down our holding deposit! Emmie has been incredibly supportive and kept in touch with us throughout the process. I can’t recommend her and Scriven & Co enough!!!
20th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)False promises, complete disregard to health and safety. Put me and my family through hell for 6 months. No communication, no help, no support. Just take your money. Rented us a property with sockets hanging off the wall, incorrect electrical tests. Hazards and mess all around the house and garden. Cost hundreds to put right out of our own pockets to move in and plenty off stress and annoyance during our tenancy. No help during tenancy. Multiple better estate agents around.

Our parents have used the services of this business of many years at different times it was only right they did this Sale.Caroline kept us updated throughout this very stressful process and re assured us at every stage. They were efficient at every stage of the process. If our parents could thank them they would. Thank you again for an outstanding service we are truly appreciative
15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

Kirsty and Mollie especially have been amazing throughout. If you want to sell your house quickly with brilliant communication and care! go with Dixons Kidderminster .

4th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)PTN took over our previous property who was managed by Sarah, Sarah made sure everything was getting done if we had a issue and always kept us in the loop if any work was taking place, we've just moved out and with the help of Sarah there wasn't any stressful situations it all ran smoothly so thank you to you all for all your help.

9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I instructed Doolittle & Dalley in the sale of a flat recently, which at the time of writing is SSTC via another source. That said I want to place on record the service I received from the company as being first rate and a cut above others. The attention to detail that, Kristina Hawley went to was way beyond the efforts of other estate agents. She pointed out unique features and that using better photography would enhance the chance of gaining attention from readers/viewers. No other agent paid as much attention as Kristina did to many of the features of the property other than what was inside the apartment. The adverts stood out as so much more interesting than any others. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kristina and her very efficient team to anyone buying or selling property.
18th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Overall average, agent understood urge to move and sell and overpriced the property and did not communicate with us weekly or fortnightly as stated in contract. Had to contact agent, also due to lack of interest they did two viewings for people who were not even on the market yet. Staff were pleasant and were charming enough, maybe due to the state of the market and interest rate rise this will have factored into the reason they could not sell the property, however lack of communication and plan of action lead us to take off the market with them.

Keys on moving in, the checks were really quick. We’ve been in the property for 2 years now and have a great relationship with them still.

They were professional, proactive, and always kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — they were patient, reassuring, and genuinely cared about getting everything over the line smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but Mark and Paul made it feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, their advice was spot on, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Beyond advising on mortgage options, she provided prompt respond to all our questions and helped us in putting offers on the houses. A positive and supportive experience at every step of the way.
