Their knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference.<br><br>Despite our many questions, phone calls and visits for advice, Lisa, Holly, Louise, Sara and Kristina were always patient, friendly, helpful and professional. 11th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)I hadn't experienced the buying and selling market for a number of years, so to enter with an established firm I knew and trusted was essential. From the initial consultation to trying to sell, they were always responsive and helpful. As the chain (although short) started to become slow and non-responsive, they still tried to do all they could. I would particularly like to single out Terri for her attention to detail and empathy when dealing with the sale of my departed parents property. She really worked over and above to make it happen. Thank you.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Properties I think are just listed for Rightmove to sell for them. No actual marketing, investigations into anything else the property had to offer. Main selling point not pushed. Imperative if you have a difficult property to sell. Photos extremely poor. Did property no justice. Three attempts to get particulars sorted. In the end gave up and just signed up, didn’t want to waste anymore time. Backfired as no interest.

Everyone was kind realistic and honest .our dream home came back on the market at the 11th hour so our search ceased. But shipways were exceptional calling to see if we needed any help in looking finance advice etc. it was much appreciated. Everyone there Was kind pro active and approachable. Very happy with the service we received. Many thanks .

24th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t bother. I recently enquired into a flat and asked about viewing dates, only to be told the flat had already been let. I would understand, most places are bound to be taken quick. The issue I have with their response is the advertisement is still up and active on multiple letting sites, including their own.<br><br>EDIT: I was told 9am on the 11th August that the property was no longer available, I emailed back the same day informing you it was still listed as available on your own site. It is now past 10pm on the 13th August and it is still live.

3rd Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Absolutely amazing service from Charlotte and the team at Toners! Sixteen weeks exactly from us putting our offer in to going to collect the keys to our new home today. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I never felt like I was being a nuisance when I asked questions (I asked a lot!) We visited various estate agents within the area and Toners were by far the most friendly and helpful we came across and made our first home buying experience both positive and straightforward - would definitely recommend!

9th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)What a great service!<br>Chris turned up for an initial valuation. He was very well prepared and could evidence many local properties and what they had sold for. He had really done his homework!<br>Very pleasant and easy to talk to, to ensure we got the right valuation for our property.<br>Dom did the photos on the Wednesday and the property went live on Thursday, the following day!<br>Amber picked up the baton next, and on the following Monday, did THREE viewings. All of them made offers on the Tuesday, and within an hour she had secured a sale!<br>Very efficient people, high quality from first door knock to sale agreed.<br>I would recommend this Estate Agent to everyone.
