15th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Branch Manager Krystle and team members Jada and Asad did a fantastic job in helping me to sell two properties in the Midlands. I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.

9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I instructed Doolittle & Dalley in the sale of a flat recently, which at the time of writing is SSTC via another source. That said I want to place on record the service I received from the company as being first rate and a cut above others. The attention to detail that, Kristina Hawley went to was way beyond the efforts of other estate agents. She pointed out unique features and that using better photography would enhance the chance of gaining attention from readers/viewers. No other agent paid as much attention as Kristina did to many of the features of the property other than what was inside the apartment. The adverts stood out as so much more interesting than any others. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kristina and her very efficient team to anyone buying or selling property.
30th Nov 2025 (15 weeks ago)I recently sold my house with Pam and the team with Eden. They were so helpful and friendly, really taking my needs and emotions into account on what is a stressful time. Compared with other estate agents who we also used to sell another property, we had a completely different experience with Eden, it was positive, it was friendly and I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you again everyone for helping us reach our dream
18th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Overall average, agent understood urge to move and sell and overpriced the property and did not communicate with us weekly or fortnightly as stated in contract. Had to contact agent, also due to lack of interest they did two viewings for people who were not even on the market yet. Staff were pleasant and were charming enough, maybe due to the state of the market and interest rate rise this will have factored into the reason they could not sell the property, however lack of communication and plan of action lead us to take off the market with them.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Once offers were placed, they negotiated the best sale price for us. We would definitely recommend Philip Laney and Jolly.

24th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

3rd Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)Absolutely amazing service from Charlotte and the team at Toners! Sixteen weeks exactly from us putting our offer in to going to collect the keys to our new home today. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I never felt like I was being a nuisance when I asked questions (I asked a lot!) We visited various estate agents within the area and Toners were by far the most friendly and helpful we came across and made our first home buying experience both positive and straightforward - would definitely recommend!
27th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)I am not qualified to review Halls as an organisation, but I am eminently qualified to review the help given to me by the delightful member of staff who dealt with my consignment, which was directly connected with Stalag Luft III and the Great Escape. If other members of staff at Halls share even half the fine attributes of Caroline Dennard, then I suspect that the organisation itself deserves five stars too. At a very difficult time in my life, following the death of my wife, Caroline was unstinting in her labours, her empathy and her professionalism. She did more to honour the memory of the remarkable wartime RAF officer, whose memorabilia I was reluctantly having to sell, than I could ever have hoped for, even arranging for additional research by Doctor Steve Bond. Her hard work and kindness both yielded great dividends, for she not only helped soothe my suffering soul, but also bettered the auction's guide price. Most important, she put my beloved step-father's memory and medals into the hands of someone who would understand and value them.

25th Feb 2026 (16 days ago)From the time they met with us to do the valuation to selling the house there was always someone there to answer our questions or sort out concerns. It was a very daunting prospect selling the house but Chris the valuation guy was very friendly and offered help when we were struggling with things. The house went up for sale and they sold it within 3 weeks and for a really good price. They handled the bookings and the viewings and the process so far has been really easy. Their advice has been really helpful.
