Specially, I want to mention about Molly and Jessica both are very professional and much friendly, and very helpful throughout our property purchase. They understood what we were looking for, kept us informed at every stage, and responded quickly to our questions. They made the process much easier and less stressful. Although we were only at the enquiry stage, Julie was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to understand the process and our options.<br><br>She was so polite, professional and approachable, and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and patiently. She made a great first impression and gave us real confidence in the service.<br><br>If you’re considering going down the auction route, I would definitely recommend calling and asking to speak with Julie — she was absolutely lovely and a real credit to the team!

In fact, we had more contact and assistance from Doolittle & Dally than from our own estate agents. Their knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference.<br><br>Despite our many questions, phone calls and visits for advice, Lisa, Holly, Louise, Sara and Kristina were always patient, friendly, helpful and professional. They supported us from start to finish and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>A huge thank you to you all for everything you did for us. We were selling a house from 100 miles away, so it was reassuring to know Oulsnam's were keeping an eye on things when we couldn't be there. Emails and phone calls were always answered quickly and efficiently, and the whole process has been incredibly smooth and very easy. We would recommend Oulsnam's very highly!

Really helped to keep our move ticking along and even held us out with our own sale despite being the agents for the house we were buying rather than selling! 10/10, kind, compassionate and easy to get hold of whenever you had an issue. We will absolutely be using AP Morgan whenever we next move (which hopefully won’t be for a very long time!)

27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Properties I think are just listed for Rightmove to sell for them. No actual marketing, investigations into anything else the property had to offer. Main selling point not pushed. Imperative if you have a difficult property to sell. Photos extremely poor. Did property no justice. Three attempts to get particulars sorted. In the end gave up and just signed up, didn’t want to waste anymore time. Backfired as no interest.

Everyone was kind realistic and honest .our dream home came back on the market at the 11th hour so our search ceased. But shipways were exceptional calling to see if we needed any help in looking finance advice etc. it was much appreciated. Everyone there Was kind pro active and approachable. Very happy with the service we received. Many thanks .

13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t bother. I recently enquired into a flat and asked about viewing dates, only to be told the flat had already been let. I would understand, most places are bound to be taken quick. The issue I have with their response is the advertisement is still up and active on multiple letting sites, including their own.<br><br>EDIT: I was told 9am on the 11th August that the property was no longer available, I emailed back the same day informing you it was still listed as available on your own site. It is now past 10pm on the 13th August and it is still live.

We also appreciated the Flexible Option, which gave us the freedom to decide later in the sales process who would pay the fees.

Our first impression when booking the viewing was very positive - the team were very knowledgeable and accommodating.<br><br>On the viewing itself we were incredibly impressed by Mollie who accompanied us. Her energy and enthusiasm was tangible - pitched perfectly so that she hit the right tone of selling the property and its potential, but without being pushy.<br><br>Mollie's ability to understand what we wanted and attune to our needs was particularly impressive. She has a fantastic skill to empathise and attune to the client's needs - whilst also taking our view of the property very fairly. For this reason, I would highly recommend Jones & Associates for anyone looking to buy their next property.

My property manager Amelia Roberts was incredibly supportive throughout the process, we were dealing with an unsympathetic landlord that demanded 2 months notice even when the property was unsafe with my condition.<br>Amelia and Leaders were amazing with their understanding of my situation and supported me through the whole tenancy.<br>I am now safe and secure and I would like to thank Amelia for all her help.
9th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)What a great service!<br>Chris turned up for an initial valuation. He was very well prepared and could evidence many local properties and what they had sold for. He had really done his homework!<br>Very pleasant and easy to talk to, to ensure we got the right valuation for our property.<br>Dom did the photos on the Wednesday and the property went live on Thursday, the following day!<br>Amber picked up the baton next, and on the following Monday, did THREE viewings. All of them made offers on the Tuesday, and within an hour she had secured a sale!<br>Very efficient people, high quality from first door knock to sale agreed.<br>I would recommend this Estate Agent to everyone.
