20th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)False promises, complete disregard to health and safety. Put me and my family through hell for 6 months. No communication, no help, no support. Just take your money. Rented us a property with sockets hanging off the wall, incorrect electrical tests. Hazards and mess all around the house and garden. Cost hundreds to put right out of our own pockets to move in and plenty off stress and annoyance during our tenancy. No help during tenancy. Multiple better estate agents around.

In fact, we had more contact and assistance from Doolittle & Dally than from our own estate agents. Their knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference.<br><br>Despite our many questions, phone calls and visits for advice, Lisa, Holly, Louise, Sara and Kristina were always patient, friendly, helpful and professional. They supported us from start to finish and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>A huge thank you to you all for everything you did for us. Initial interview with Finlay and the staff and my property was sold in one day - this tells you really they are ideal. They keep you to up to date, professional and I did not need to worry about any issues. Everything was very fluid and I left the whole business to them. Well done all.

7th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)The team at AP Morgan Bromsgrove were absolutely incredible- Tammy and Mark in particular. Really helped to keep our move ticking along and even held us out with our own sale despite being the agents for the house we were buying rather than selling! 10/10, kind, compassionate and easy to get hold of whenever you had an issue. We will absolutely be using AP Morgan whenever we next move (which hopefully won’t be for a very long time!)

He somehow managed to remain calm when I got frustrated with hiccups in the process lower in the chain.<br>Whenever we phoned, it didn't matter which member of the team we spoke to, they were always so helpful and did their best to answer our questions.
