20th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)False promises, complete disregard to health and safety. Put me and my family through hell for 6 months. No communication, no help, no support. Just take your money. Rented us a property with sockets hanging off the wall, incorrect electrical tests. Hazards and mess all around the house and garden. Cost hundreds to put right out of our own pockets to move in and plenty off stress and annoyance during our tenancy. No help during tenancy. Multiple better estate agents around.

She was always at the end of the phone to help me buying my next house, nothing was ever a bother for her and everything was sorted promptly. Would highly recommend Ian perks! And once again thankyou Claire for putting up with me and my phone calls.
4th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)PTN took over our previous property who was managed by Sarah, Sarah made sure everything was getting done if we had a issue and always kept us in the loop if any work was taking place, we've just moved out and with the help of Sarah there wasn't any stressful situations it all ran smoothly so thank you to you all for all your help.

There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

24th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

14th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I hope i could give 0 star, Extremely disappointing experience. Communication has been consistently poor throughout my tenancy. I have made multiple attempts over several weeks via emails and calls, but responses have either been delayed or completely ignored. There has been a lack of clarity and professionalism when handling key matters such as tenancy closure, invoices, and deposit-related queries. Even when incorrect information was raised (such as an inaccurate invoice), no timely action was taken to correct it. As a tenant with time-sensitive circumstances, I expected at least basic responsiveness and accountability, which unfortunately has not been the case. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and stressful experience due to the lack of communication and support.
