12th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)I cannot praise Ricky in particular but also Adam for the effort they put in to getting my flat sold at a time when the market has been very difficult. Always cheerful, professional, efficient and on the case. The best agents I have ever had - would 100% recommend.

18th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)For the sake of anonymity I won’t mention any names… The agent arrived late and didn’t notify me until 15 mins after the schedule time to let me know they will be a further 15-20 mins. They confirmed viewings for two properties and then only told us one was under offer when eventually showing up and claimed they notified us and that the email confirmation would reflect this… which it didn’t as it said we had two viewings. Then they told my wife to just forget about it rather rudely when she respectfully expressed her disappointment. They then accused me of not being serious when giving a genuine offer and proceeded to lecture me on the phone without giving me a proper chance to speak. I had to respectfully interrupt them to get a word in. It’s a shame really we have been looking for properties for over a year now and this was the first time we were exposed to this level of inconsideration.

Joseph and Beata were so helpful with setting everything up for me and were always around to help me with anything I needed during my time at the flat. I couldn’t have asked for better people to help me find a place to live and will always be thankful to them for all the support and guidance they gave to me during my time living there.

Businesses are made up of people and Mylako has some great professionals working there who take the needs and situations of their customers very seriously and it shows with the correction of issues relating to works needing to be done, accounts to be paid and a myriad of other things for which a capable and willing managing agent is essential

15th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Lyon LACKS the professionalism, communication, timeliness and responsibility towards its clients. As a buyer, i was left hanging and disappointed and if I were a seller, I doubt I would list my property with this irresponsible company. 20th Mar - I called to enquire on a 2 Bedroom flat posted on Zoopla. Call answered promptly by Gaurav Sekri and viewing appointment was made for the 22nd Mar 12:15PM with Rahool Sekri. 22nd Mar - I arrived promptly for the viewing and was made to wait for close to 30 minutes. Rahool lacked professionalism and was not apologetic at all for arriving late – there was neither a text/email to say that he was delayed. 23rd Mar - I put the offer for the flat via email. No reply or acknowledgement 25th Mar - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Rahool replied with a confirmation. 28th Mar - I sent an email to check on the update on my offer. Rahool replied for me to call which i did. I was told that he would provide an update on 5th Apr. The expectation from Rahool was for me to share if had found something and my expectation was the same for Lyon to share an update on my offer. 5th Apr - As there was no email/call from Rahool, i called Rahool hoping to get an update. My call was rejected and i received a text message that he will give me a call back. No call back received. 8th Apr - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Till date, I have not received any reply. I have concluded that my offer was potentially rejected by the seller however there should have been some form of communication from Lyon. It is irresponsible and unacceptable to leave clients hanging. They have lost a potential client and if i were you, i would not use Lyon! Stay away!

19th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)You cannot get hold of anyone here - I've left voicemail messages, sent emails and used the contact us option on their website but to no avail. That was for both sales and purchase and it does not fill you with any confidence. I can only take it that this is a one man(person) band setup.

Ian and the team at Michael Steven are nothing but true professionals that go above and beyond to ensure that not only is your house sale safe with them, but you have full communication throughout your journey. Moving home as we all know is one of the most stressful experiences anyone can go through, but with a team like this working to do their best for their clients it helps to put your mind at ease. I would recommend them to any friend or family! Thank you so much we are so incredibly happy

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.

We chose Bowden Bradley to sell our house in Hainault, as they were a locally based but forward-looking modern agency that offered a competitive no-sale no-fee pricing structure. We were immediately impressed with Robin's insightful market evaluation and emphasis on the importance of finding the right type of buyer as well as the best possible offer. At the time given the market conditions, without such guidance, it may well have taken us many more months to receive a good offer from reliable buyers. The quality of their photography and videography was great too and they were able to get us listed days after we signed with them. We'd also like to thank Emilea, who did a great job in helping progress the sale and keep all parties updated - without which we may not have been able to complete before Christmas!
