15th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)I rented out my flat and had it manged by Blake Stanley for 18 months from April 2022 and unfortunately never felt confident they were managing it professionally. I always had to chase up on emails and felt like I was managing it myself most of the time. I have now left Blake Stanley and renting my flat out with another agent. Sadly I cannot recommend them any longer which is a shame because my last experience of them, when they first opened, was great.

Throughout this time the service I received was very professional, always on time and showing a high level of customer care. Worth mentioning Yasemin, who as my property manager did everything incredibly efficiently during my check out process, including the administrative paperwork, last property checks and returning my deposit in full.
3rd Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Second sale with Keatons and they’ve outdone themselves. Secured over 40 viewings in one week and handled negotiations with no fuss. Landed us a fantastic deal.
22nd Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Lloyds professionally managed our rental property for nearly 10 years, taking care of any problems promptly and always sourcing good tenants. They have now also taken care of marketing and selling our property in their usual professional manner. Highly recommended.

He got exchange and completion within 3months of initial viewing, and found us a really great genuine buyer. Highly recommended, if Cobi/ GH can't find you a genuine buyer for your home its likely nobody else will. Chris.
26th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)As a new renter, Completion Sales and & Lettings were very happy to help me to obtain a property. They were quick with their responses and had all my paperwork approved within a week of visiting the property. We managed to get approved all within a week and kept in contact throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional, they were able to help me with any questions I had. Overall a seamless process without fault.
26th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)Where do I begin ? Had a viewing booked for 1 pm today. I showed up and there was two other people to view the room the same time as me. The agent bumped the price by 100£ monthly without even explaining why, the availability initially proposed was one month away, it's magically changed to immediate availability. The agent called me later on the phone asking me to pay the holding deposit AND first month's rent without even knowing the period I want to stay or any basic details any normal agent would want to know. The other one star reviews are legit, I don't recommend these guys.

I've never come across an agent so dedicated and so willing to go the extra mile to ensure their clients go away happy. Whether you're buying, selling or renting in London, Findlay deserve to be top of your shortlist. You honestly won't regret it

Various maintenance challenges overcome quickly and without fuss by James and his team of contractors. Including a slick move-out / deposit return etc too. Thank you James ! We will be back !

When we came to view the property, she was really well informed -- she clearly knew about the house and the area, which really helped us to get excited about it. Throughout the negotiation and the sales process she was responsive, helpful, and warm. You always felt like you were dealing with someone you could trust. And she was always incredibly flexible about letting tradespeople into the house for inspections, nothing was ever too much. Having had mixed experiences with estate agents throughout my search, I would recommend Easthaus to anyone buying, selling or renting locally. They're brilliant.

He is cool under pressure, helpful and his kindness right to the point of handover and post sale speaks volumes to him in paying complete attention to his clients and he was immensely respectful to the requirements of our needs. Joe went above and beyond particularly when complex matters arose calmly managing these and he was diligent in the most important aspects of communication. This is a skilled person who represents his Employer highly. He is invested in the client’s needs as much as for the business. We thank him especially, for understanding the importance and value of honesty in this profession.

The company is extremely professional and have always found new tenants immediately when required. Sean, the Letting Manager, is responsive and eager to help. Dionne Brown, the Property Manager, is quick in her response and handles any issues that arise efficiently.
24th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves.

We have had some not- so positive experiences with estate agents in the past but Christina was a breath of fresh air. She was so friendly and down to earth and especially NOT PUSHY which was something we really appreciated , almost like a friend showing you around. There was some delays through out the process (none of which were her fault) but we could tell that she was trying her best to get them resolved. She kept us in the loop through out and was available on the phone if we needed help. I would 100% recommend giving her a shout to help you out when looking for a property, she’s great!

Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

They made the whole process seamless from start to finish, and are really good at communicating every step along the way. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. 16th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)After a bad experience trying to sell our flat through one of the big estate agency chains, Story of Home was recommended to us by a friend. Our experience couldn’t have been more different; Stuart actually cared about our sale and knew the market and the business inside out. He was there at every step of the way through a fairly complicated sale. He gave excellent advice on everything, was quick to respond to any questions and was there for us whenever needed. We would not hesitate to recommend Story of Home, to anyone.
5th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)We recently sold our house through Michael and he was amazing throughout the process.He managed a difficult chain really well, and was an excellent communicator throughout. Michael went above and beyond, not only providing the service we engaged him for, but also offering good general advice on the buying and selling process, and being a property owner! And all of this was provided at a fee that is much lower price than changed by others.Would 100% recommend.

Max and David were responsive at all times and fully engaged in moving the process forward while being attentive to the needs of all parties. If only all estate agents were as committed to delivering a great customer experience. I would recommend Love Living to anyone and will be using their services if the need arises in future
