14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Lynsey was our main contact and she did a great job and keeping g communication flowing and answering any concerns we had. Would 100% use next time

11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)We sold our West End flat through Ivy. They were open and upfront about all the costs involved, the value and price predictions were spot on. The service we received was excellent and we were really happy with it. They made the process easy - can't get better than than.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. 3rd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)So far so good if sale concludes on 21/12. Agent was very helpful with suggestions to improve the flat and very realistic about sale price. They also dealt with viewings and arranged a quick closing date Don’t have final bill yet but we were provided with a breakdown of costs

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
23rd May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Excellent experience with Ross Yates. He was straightforward to deal with and kept us up to date from beginning to end. He gave us very good advice on how to present the house. He is a qualified surveyor so had a good eye to reassure re minor issues. We couldn't recommend him more highly. We dealt with him alone from beginning to end (not like the larger agencies) and he did all the viewings himself from early morning to late evening seven days a week if needed.
18th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)We sold through West Homes after noticing how often they were selling property in the area and there’s a reason for that. Excellent client service, really personalised, and Roscoe has excellent knowledge of the market. From the initial meeting through to marketing and selling (in just over a week) we couldn’t have been any happier. Roscoe and Morgan checked in along the way, sent updates, and kept in touch until the sale went through. Viewers also commented on the service and referred to the team by name - I haven’t had that with any other estate agent. Excellent service and value for money, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roscoe and the team.
