8th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)We instructed MOV8 to sell our one-bedroom flat in Edinburgh. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and we ultimately decided to terminate the agreement and move to another estate agent. During the period the property was marketed, we had a number of viewings but also several cancellations, and we did not feel that the sale was progressing as we had hoped. We would have liked more proactive advice and communication about what could be changed to improve the chances of achieving a sale. What was particularly disappointing was the cost of ending the agreement. We had to settle a substantial outstanding amount before moving to another agent, despite the property remaining unsold. There were individual members of staff who were pleasant and helpful, so this is not a criticism of everyone we dealt with. However, looking at the overall service and outcome, we were not satisfied and decided that changing agent was the best option for us.

24th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I can’t recommend Jason and the team at Harbor property highly enough. We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

22nd Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Kelvin Valley Properties have been my lettings agents for just short of 7 years now and I cannot fault them in any way, shape or form. Every member of staff is extremely kind and genuine and they have always been on hand for me any time I’ve needed any help or advice with any issues I’ve had over the years. Being one of their tenants and having numerous health issues they have always gone above and beyond the remit of being just letting agents. Nothing is ever a problem for them and if they have been able to help me be it a repair issue or some advice or just pointing me in the right direction for any assistance I’ve needed they have always been on the other end of the phone and only too happy to help me. My property managers especially never fail to ask me how I’m keeping and show genuine concern and understanding for my health and wellbeing which is just so so lovely of them. Any time I have my property inspection, which is usually every 6 months, they always take the time to have a chat about how I have been keeping with my health and always remind me that they’re only ever a phone call away which is really more than you’d ever expect from a lettings agents. Being a smaller business than a lot of lettings companies out there I think is what makes them so special because they have always treated me with the utmost respect and consideration and it almost feels like I’m speaking to family members. Even the contractors they use for repairs are equally as nice and always take the time to explain what exactly needs done and when and how the jobs will be completed. When I had an issue with the boiler one winter the heating engineer Ray, who was already finished work for the day, came to my house and made sure that I had at least some heating and hot water while he sourced the part needed for my boiler type and as soon as he got it he was straight out to get everything working normally again. I even, because of my health issues, managed to get myself locked inside the bathroom one day, luckily I had my mobile phone in my pocket, I panicked and didn’t know who to contact so I phoned Kelvin Valley and within no more than half an hour they had one of their contractors in my home who got me out and also made sure I’d never be able to get myself locked inside again by carrying out some minor alterations there and then. I would 100% recommend Kelvin Valley Properties to anyone looking to rent a home and also to landlords looking for a reputable trustworthy company to manage their properties for them. They really are a cut above the rest! If it was possible I would definitely give them more than a 5 star review because they really are the best bunch of people who not only do a fantastic job of looking after the homes they manage but also the tenants too and I am extremely grateful and thankful to each member of the team for all they’ve done and helped me with over the years!!<br>??????????

Claire whom I dealt with has been absolutely amazing and so professional from day one replying back early morning and calling on her days off Coda are lucky to have such a good and professional worker she is a credit to Coda and the reason I went with coda. Anyone looking sell definitely ask for Claire. Thanks ??????
16th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)This is one of the worst letting company, communication is poor. If you ask them to do something they will come and do some patch work and then again every month you are just chasing them to do the maintenance. They will increase prices but do nothing to help the tenants. All they are looking at is how to squeeze out the money. Very dissatisfied with overall services. Not recommend for renters.

They made the whole process run so smoothly from explaining each step, to styling our home and kept us fully up to date at each stage of the sale.<br>I would highly recommend Wrights of Campsie to everyone, they were fantastic.

17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

They made a group chat so I was able to keep in touch with them and nothing was ever a bother to them. They answered any questions I had in the first instance. I don’t think I would have got through this process without them and I wouldn’t highly recommend and would use this service again. The Allen & Harris team were so helpful firstly in actually getting my house on the market letting the photographer and the surveyor in to the house when I couldn’t be in Glasgow.<br>Kirsty then handled my viewings and negotiation as well as answering all my questions and being very supportive during the whole process while I navigated a difficult time outside of my house sale.
