6th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things

16th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Highly recommend this estate agent. From start to finish the service we received buying our flat was flawless. Almost all of our dealings were with Kieran who deserves a huge amount of credit for a very young man he behaved in a highly personable and professional manner at all times - very knowledgable too despite only a few months on the job - he was eager to assist and answer any questions we had with the confidence of someone who had been doing the job all his adult life! An absolute natural! Would definitely use this firm again.

22nd Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Borderline illegal sales tactics. The sales team lie about fake offers put into properties to try and increase your offer. Twice I was advised of higher “offers” that had been received and that I just needed to increase my offer a little bit more. Spoke with my solicitor who confirmed there were no other offers. Spoke with Clyde who advised these were “verbal” offers and the solicitor wouldn’t be aware of them!? Pulled my offer out of principal and lack of trust with the Clyde team. The property I was trying to buy now remains on the market unsold. I doubt the owner is even aware as to why we actually pulled the offer.

I moved out months ago and have only just been offered a very small fraction of my deposit back even though we tried to hard to get it so perfect for moving out. Terrible correspondence and communication and Ive now had to contact a third party who are thankfully on my side and not surprised by this - shocking!

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. Def worth considering this independent where we feel we got a more personal approach. Thanks again Vanilla Square!
5th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

13th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Upon moving out, I repeatedly contacted them to release my deposit. Unfortunately, even after a month has passed, my deposit remains unreleased. Following persistent follow-ups, they informed me that they had hired a "sparkle clean" service and would be sending me an invoice for the cleaning expenses. Ironically, I had already hired a professional cleaner to ensure the property was left in impeccable condition before my departure. The house was in a cleaner state than when I first moved in. It is disheartening to note that despite my efforts and the clear state of the property, they continue to withhold my deposit. Their reluctance to return the deposit, coupled with their evasive actions, strongly suggests unethical practices. They are absolute scammers, and I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with them at any cost.

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
