Have had a house sitting on the market for a long time, therefore offered a cash offer under the listing price as their client said they were desperate to sell. We were also told the house has been on and off the market. Were not interested in even telling their client my offer (said they will add to their notes) and pretended to have another offer on the table. My offer was 40k below the offer over figure. If the house has had so many offers why is it still on market???

25th Mar 2025 (26 days ago)Met Craig and his team when looking for a rental in Strathaven it was very clear from the first meeting that Craig takes great pride in being an ambassador for Your Move by knowing his stock processes and regulations within the industry. Communication was always followed up by email and any queries responded to in a timely fashion. Extremely efficient in getting us live on the market (quick turnaround for photos, brochure, home report) and then constant communication throughout the viewing process with daily calls to cover feedback and updates on next steps. Made it feel like a very simple, smooth process. Overall couldn't speak highly enough of all those involved. Would recommend.

14th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)We moved one week ago and I have given time for the dust to settle before writing this review; however I still feel it would be inaccurate for me to give more than one star. As the buyer you definitely feel you are not as important as the seller. Having viewed in August and being unable to view our property again till the day after missives were concluded added to the stress of the move. We haven't considered reaching out to them regarding some issues we've had since moving in to the property as they had no intention of helping us throughout the process. Possibly a good agent for the seller though.

She was very helpful with anything I enquired about from picking keys up from letting agents to utility readings and much more. This was especially useful as I lived in Portsmouth. They basically had total control of the sale and did it outstandingly. Many thanks!!

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

I don't have the wrong company, we went to your Bearsden office to pick up the keys so we have the right listing that we are reviewing here. The fact that you say that you don't have my name on your records also shows the type of business you are running. Attached is a screenshot of the latest payment receipt via email from 'you'. Coming to the review - we intimated you of a mould issue in our residence months ago. Attached are some photos as evidence of what we are experiencing out of no fault of our own. Your contractors came once, did some exterior work that we weren't updated on and just left us in a limbo. Now we are living in one of your properties with growing mould and a serious health concern. We are calling you everyday for an update and still nothing concrete has been done. I absolutely stick to the 1 star review.
