Throughout James and Jennifer were really helpful dealing with our queries, and on the initial viewing where we had some challenges getting there on time due to a road closure James went out of his way to organise a viewing an hour later. A really professional local agent and well worth registering with and following on social media to get previews of properties coming to market. We would highly recommend Andy and Kate Brown

She speaks to you in easy to understand English breaking down all the legal mumbo jumbo. Even if she transferred to a branch the other side of the country I’d still contact her for her advise and knowledge!

18th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)I honestly cannot praise this realtor and particularly Belinda enough. As a new resident of the UK she helped me find the best rental for my needs and budget. She then assisted me in what seemed insurmountable legal requirements. Her extra effort could only be truly appreciated when I gave up the let and moved to another county and found dealing with those agencies (6) an absolute nightmare wrt everything related to the rental. Aside the mental and emotional stress they cost me a good few extra £1000's of pounds. I was ready to throw in the towel when I was informed 2 days prior to the booked move that my application was successful. On the contrary ZERO STRESS or EXTRA COST WITH Peter Ball of Charlton Kings. I shall forever be grateful to them. I am sure if I had had dealings with the other agents on my arrival I would have packed up and gone home. BRAVO PETER BALL & BELINDA

The biggest appeal is that they were local to Wirral specifically, so had great local market knowledge and had even sold houses in my close. Lee and the team were terrific communicators—I knew about bookings and offers straight away, and they provided lots of advice about the offers received. They’ve also been great with communicating with solicitor.

After trying to sell the property via the usual local high street estate agent, without success, I heard about Robert and his company and moved to him. His very professional and thorough approach was in stark contrast to the previous estate agency. The new sales brochure was 100% better, both in the photography and accompanying text. Robert was very supportive, as was the rest of his team. They kept me informed throughout and the property was sold in the predicted timescale. I would highly recommend his estate agency.
