This time around the service was just as good, they kept us fully informed at every stage along the way. Everything ran very smoothly and we would definitely use them again.
16th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We were with Martin&Co 2 years ago and left as circumstances changed meaning we needed a different size property and when our tenancy was ending we headed straight back to these guys as our old property was back out on the market - so here we are back with this amazing letting agents, fabulous staff, professional and so friendly and back in our old place ?? Any problems with our property are sorted out promptly and problems are never to big and they are always there at the end of the phone. Would highly recommend! Keep up the good work.guys ????

27th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)All I can say is, if you are thinking of letting a property do not go with Farr and Farr on Oxtalls Way! Communication and customer service is non existent. I have just ended my fully managed agreement after 6 months of problem after problem. There are things that could have been resolved easily but because of the way they handle everything and the delays in responding I found myself getting more and more frustrated with them. I am not sure if they need retraining in customer service skills or better management to make the office more efficient. They are fine with straight forward tasks such as collecting the rent payment, issuing monthly invoices and paying the money but when it comes to answering questions and rectifying issues with the property they ignore emails and have no clue on how best to deal with problems.

I had a spurious query relating to a special kind of front door key which needed additional verification from the former letting agent in order to have a copy made. With no benefit to herself whatsoever, Cathy rang me back, dug around for documents online and enabled me to solve the problem very quickly. She was brilliant. I hope the boss gives her a pay rise soon!
- 2nd Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Staff were initially very helpful and knowledgeable but when our property was put up for sale we were very disappointed. Photos, measurements etc were taken but we did not have the opportunity to check the details before they put the house on the market. The photos were poor. We told them if the garden was too untidy we’d sort anything out at the weekend but that request was ignored.We weren’t told we had any viewings. The first time we knew that the house had been marketed was when a friend told us that he had seen it online through zoopla. We were very upset about it. I raised my grievance on the Monday I felt we had to remove it from the market.

6th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Farr & Farr valued my Father's property and suggested the level it would sell for. Given this was the first time it was on the market in 70 years not a 'drive by' valuation. Ben got it spot on! All the staff were efficient and handled all the viewings and key management professionally.
