Dee was calm and reassuring -she has a hugely empathetic manner which felt like she truly cared . Both Nick and Dee always returned our calls very promptly with the follow up that they promised. I would wholeheartedly recommend their personal service.

They have been one of the kindest and most helpful staff and company to work with and I am thoroughly excited to move into our property soon! :)
9th Jun 2024 (5 mo. ago)We sold and bought through Knight Frank and would highly recommend. All staff we had touch points with were so friendly, helpful, professional and prompt with responses. Particular praise goes to Gemma Hutton who went above and beyond from the outset. She was invaluable when chasing various parties when our exchange hit several roadblocks further up the chain. Gemma kept us regularly fully informed and worked tirelessly to help secure our exchange. Her dedication and highly personable personality made what was a stressful situation (through no fault of Knight Frank) much more palatable. A huge thank you to Gemma and the Knight Frank team.
3rd Dec 2024 (4 days ago)Sawyers have managed the letting of the rental property where I live. I have found them and in particular Steven Sawyer, very helpful, professional and effective. When I have had issues, they have responded promptly and provided the support required to address the problems - including water leaks and a tap problem. Steven takes the time to explain matters and his proposed solutions, treating me with respect. He has gone above and beyond the service I have ever experienced with any other letting agency. I am generally a happy tenant.

The level of administration in this field undertaken by an agent is so often overlooked and I fully appreciate their service, thank you.

2nd Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Staff were initially very helpful and knowledgeable but when our property was put up for sale we were very disappointed. Photos, measurements etc were taken but we did not have the opportunity to check the details before they put the house on the market. The photos were poor. We told them if the garden was too untidy we’d sort anything out at the weekend but that request was ignored.We weren’t told we had any viewings. The first time we knew that the house had been marketed was when a friend told us that he had seen it online through zoopla. We were very upset about it. I raised my grievance on the Monday I felt we had to remove it from the market.

Any time there has been an issue or any maintenance needs doing they resolve it as soon as they can and always keep us in the loop if there is any delays/updates. Every time you interact with staff, if it’s email, phone or in person they are always friendly, polite and professional. From enquiring about viewing the property to routine inspections, everything is easy. Cannot recommend enough.
12th Nov 2024 (25 days ago)Love these people, a small but dediciated team,despite the house I sold with them was not large or particularly expensive,I found they were totally 'on it' left them to the job, they achieved a fair price for both parties,definitely a result,and would thoroughly recommend,them, this sort of service is rare!!!

Jodee and Neil have been a dream! They have provided me with the information I need, ensured suitable tenants for me and the property, and have kept me updated along the way! My property was advertised quickly and looked amazing on the website, meaning that tenants were found promptly. The whole process from start to finish has been smooth and stress free!
