4th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dominic who went above and beyond in helping us, especially towards the end when it started to look like we might not get to exchange date. A Hugh five-star thank you to Dominic for all your help.
29th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Taylor promised everything under the sun but failed to deliver in any aspect they promised. Didn't manage to attract viewers which they said they could get multiple buyers to view. I definitely would not use again and when ending my contract they became slow and unresponsive
6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

Jeff was very quick to respond to questions and kept us informed all the way through the sale! The whole process from start to finish only took 9 weeks! We went with the suggested Conveyancer (Premier Property Limited) who were also very profressional. We would definitely recommend them as an agent. Thanks for such great service with a smile!

30th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)I would highly recommend The Wilkinson Partnership if you are looking to buy a property in the Buckingham area. Sue the sales agent was absolutely amazing and found be my dream home. Sadly Sue left the company before my completion, however Max took over and he was superb, always available, responded immediately to any queries I raised, and was very courteous and polite, and for that reason I am happy to give Wilkinson 5 stars
