Gemma was very responsive to all of our questions (and there were many!) since we were unfamiliar with the home buying process. She anticipated our needs and preferences from the start, knew the inventory and the area, and walked us through the entire process with grace, patience, efficiency and good natured reassurance when we needed it. From the start, Gemma was a joy to work with and we highly recommend her.

Not pushy when I was looking around the property and allowed me space to view. Then very supportive and communicative during the buying process. Would highly recommend! Further to this, I recently sold my house with Bill and he provided exceptional customer service. He was helpful, supportive and really went the extra mile to support with my sale.

They completed the sale of our property which was a little complicated, communicating brilliantly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble as we weren’t in the local area during the sale process. Their knowledge of the local area plus experience of the market is excellent we would highly recommend.

Andrea provided us with the mortgage related services and they have booked us in for a number of house views matching our criteria. They followed up with a call to get a feedback on the properties a few days later and checked further what other properties might be of interest to us. We received great professional and personable service!

Lauren's undelayed response to the emails is indicative of her devotion to the Clientele. Even though I am not a British Citizen, I have never been made to feel like an outsider.

24th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

From day one, Victoria showed a professionalism and a knowledge of the local area. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. From enquiries to viewings arranged, Victoria made ensured that we were supported and informed throughout the entire journey. Her guidance in presenting the bungalow to show it at it's best and expert advice made the whole experience much less stressful than we initially thought. Moreover, everyone we interacted with in the Chinnor team was friendly and knowledgeable, which made us feel confident and at ease. 29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
