24th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)I really wouldn't recommend Signature Estates unfortunately. Selling a flat, no chain other than buyer and seller (us) for one vacant property. Sold at beginning of May22 still not completed by 24/08/2022 - last contact from Signature Estates was at the beginnjng of August. Send numerous emails, no response. Left 3 phone messages, no response. Very little activity, that we can see or are aware of by Sugnature Estates to support the sale. On their "sellers portal" last update for us the sellers was June 2022, last update on buyers progression is stated as July 2022, now being 24/08//2022. It has been extremely hard work with Signature Estates - PLEASE BE AWARE!

30th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)I originally contacted Jacob to carry out a probate valuation of my late parents property. I was impressed as this was done respectfully and with empathy. This was a 'driver' when the property later went up for sale, and the reason I selected Orchid Estate Agents. Jacob was professional throughout the sale. He has excellent communication skills. He gave regular pertinent updates, and addressed any queries and concerns. He is the best estate agent I have dealt with, and a credit to his profession. Many thanks from my family
