They were thoughtful, professional and gave us really useful advice throughout the process, particularly when it came to assessing the different offers we received.<br><br>They were also excellent at communicating with the buyers and keeping everything moving, which made the whole process much easier for us. On top of that, we were very happy with the rate they offered us.<br><br>A really good experience from start to finish, and we’d happily recommend Grant and the team.

At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

And long waiting periods. In a nutshell – they were superb and very professional/courteous. They made me feel re-assured during a testing process for myself, and I will always be grateful for that. I would have NO HESITATION in recommending David Doyle to anyone.

From the start, all the team members were respectful, on time, supportive, friendly and efficient.<br>Erin Mcnamara was incredible. She was quick to reply and find answers and solutions, within her possibilities, during the renting process.<br>Jack and Ella were patient, informative and very friendly during viewings and quick to reply.<br>Sam was extremely helpful during the contract signing, supporting me with the documentation and giving me some information on providers for the home, as I'm new to the UK.<br>The house was very presentable and clean from the start, and it was visible that it has been well taken care of.<br>Moving in is going to be exciting and made simpler thanks to the team. ??????

We worked with Amelie, who helped make the process simple and communicated with clarity throughout every step of the journey. We felt cared for as individuals throughout the process and Amelie operated on a real human level with trust and was generally great to work with. I’ve spoken to a lot of estate agents in st albans while looking for a flat to rent and Frosts was by far the most helpful and kind. All the staff i’ve interacted with have been lovely, especially when there’s been problems in the process which they’ve sorted out quickly. Isha was wonderful and Shelby really helped us out with securing our flat.<br>100% would go back to them :))

With the eccentricities of the UK housing market, sometimes you need a bit of X factor and luck to get a house purchase or sale through. Jess brings that X factor ! Full of energy, smarts and dedication and very warm-hearted too - she was brilliant from start to house purchase.

Having rented multiple other properties previously with different agents, we can confidently say that Martin & Co are the best letting agents we have ever dealt with as tenants. They are friendly, highly approachable and attentive. Any issues we had with our property were swiftly dealt with. The property management is organised by the staff in the local office, meaning communication and organisation was so easy. They have also always been respectful of our busy lives and we feel they really cared about our experience as tenants. We would highly recommend renting a property through them and would also think they are an excellent agent to use as a landlord for property management. A refreshing experience!

My solicitor recommended Paul Barker. I am so pleased she did. My brother had not been able to keep the house in good decorative order so it was a challenge to sell. Paul and his delightful team took control of the whole process, marketing, viewings, remedial works which became necessary, offers and negotiations around them and clinching the final deal. At every stage, I was kept informed and given clear options and recommendations. I was always confident that the best was being done without my presence. The business deserves to prosper.
