During the initial viewing stage, she took the time to genuinely understand the unique details of our house and provided brilliant, practical tips to help us attract the right buyers. She wasn't just opening doors; she truly championed the property.<br>Once we accepted an offer, Natalia’s dedication really shone. We were caught in a large, complex property chain, which naturally brought some incredibly stressful moments as we worked toward exchange and completion. Through it all, Natalia was always remarkably quick to respond. She relentlessly chased solicitors and the rest of the chain to keep the momentum going. Most importantly, her calm and measured approach was exactly the grounding presence we needed when tensions ran high. She was the steady hand that kept everything on track, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

It was not a standard property to sell and not an easy market and there were a few buyer wobbles, but Lynn was fabulous throughout, gently nudging us all past the post.

27th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

Especially grateful to Samantha for her helping getting through putting in an offer, going through referencing and finally signing the lease. She has been quite helpful in getting my requests through to the landlord for things like fixing some small faults and getting additional cleaning. She is a very kind and helpful person. Also thanks to Renata who showed me the flat at my first viewing and picked up on some issues that needed sorting by the landlord like a drippy tap and some loose drawers. She went to communicate these to the landlord and they were sorted by my second visit. Overall very happy with the team :)

It turned out to be an excellent decision.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Mark and the team were fantastic. Professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Our sale certainly wasn't without its challenges, but Mark worked tirelessly to keep things moving, regularly going above and beyond to resolve issues and keep everyone informed.<br><br>What really stood out was the level of communication and genuine commitment to getting the sale over the line. We always felt that Mark had our best interests at heart, and his support made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mark and the whole team at Aubrey & Finn. They were simply outstanding throughout the whole process and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ciaran viewed the property and instantly understood the key attributes of the house from my perspective which means so much when selling a home. John provided fantastic guidance and support from a marketing perspective and, in collaboration with Ciaran, was in constant touch through the viewing period. Once I had received an offer, Michele supported me throughout the sales process and was simply outstanding. Her communication and guidance was exceptional and so appreciated. My husband and I have been searching for our first home for a little while and met with several estate agents over the course of our search. However, Sarah shone out as someone who was personable, warm, and genuinely cared about our purchase, as well as being professional and prompt in her communication. We are pleased to say that we have had an offer accepted and are now in the process of purchasing a home we love! Their marketing and advertising was slick, their arrangements for viewings, feedback, local property activity knowledge and pricing guidance was professional, honest and always delivered regularly, with consideration of their seller's wellbeing, during a normally stressful process. Once a buyer was secured, updates were timely and proactive. I cannot endorse Connells as a whole brand, but from my personal experience with Sam, Carmen and the rest of the team at Marshallswick, I'd 100% recommend them to sell your property...
