From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. 21st May 2026 (4 weeks ago)I have rented a few flats in London and Bristol, and I can confidently say the service from Chesterstons was exceptional, particularly from Marco Caimi. I was away during the process and had some circumstances which created quite a few issues. I think many estate agents would have simply told me it wasn't going to happen and would have proceeded with another tenant. Marco went above and beyond to make sure I could still secure the flat, which he really did not have to do. Honestly, nothing but excellent. I couldn't recommend more!

He was very patient with me, took the time to explain things clearly, and was always understanding whenever I had questions or needed extra support. He made the experience feel much less stressful and was professional, helpful, and approachable from start to finish. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend Andy

Loved the virtual tour of our home when it went up for sale and the pictures were really impressive - great attention to detail as well. 2nd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)We chose Oakleys to help with our house sale as they clearly offered a very personalised service. The whole team were super responsive at all times and were really helpful in guiding our decisions about marketing and pricing our property. We had a regular level of interest and ultimately were able to agree a sale with one of the offers we received. Once agreed the team again were proactive, responsive and helpful in ensuring that the sale completed. I couldn't recommend them highly enough

Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he consistently went above and beyond at every stage. Whether it was keeping me updated, answering questions quickly, or handling unexpected challenges with total confidence, he exceeded every expectation I had. What really stood out was his dedication and work ethic. He didn’t just do his job — he truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. Caroline helped my sister and I get our new apartment in West London and we couldn’t be happier - a very smooth process, a user-friendly app for paperwork purposes and above all, a lovely lady who went above and beyond to guide us through the whole transaction. We actually had two viewings in one day the first just was not for us, second we just knew it was for us. Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly personable. What was also very nice he was not pushy at all and it felt like he was trying to help us find what was right for us and not just sell us a house. We were first time buyers and to say we had lots of questions would be an understatement. Jacob assisted us with our questions and queries even if it was something that wasn't a question for an Estate agent pointed is in the right direction. We would definitely recommend Jacob and Orchid Estate Agents for anyone looking to buy.

David has demonstrated a 'get stuff done' energy I can only dream of having, as well as real market experience and knowledge that he will honestly communicate in a responsive, but sympathetic, manner. Could not ask for anything more in an agent, above and beyond the call of duty, if only all businesses worked like this.

I have rented through them on two separate occasions over the past 10 years, and I have found their approach to be consistently professional. I would like to specifically commend Emily, Lettings Negotiator, who supported me during my second tenancy. Her communication was clear, friendly, and professional throughout the process, and she made the overall experience straightforward and well-managed.
