The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. Knowledgable and efficient with the viewings and sales team and then dedicated sales progression stayed on top of everything throughout the sale, until completion. Mainly liased with Grant and Janine who were friendly, professional and attentive. Highly recommend Hamptons St Albans.
27th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

His guidance throughout the rental process and in particular regarding the Renter’s Rights Act, was clear, thorough, and reassuring.<br><br>He was always available to answer our questions, no matter the time, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how supportive and approachable they were throughout the entire process.<br><br>They were always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and more than happy to talk through any questions we had, no matter how small. They even invited us to their office for a more detailed chat, taking the time to walk us through everything and make sure we felt comfortable at each stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive they were in keeping things progressing smoothly, while also ensuring everything was handled efficiently and with care.<br><br>Overall, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. So many agencies neglect their tenants in favour of being purely focused on the landlord but this branch really do such a great job at making sure the tenants feel secure as well as doing great work for their landlords. From start to finish Zak, Megan and Matt have been a real pleasure to work with, answering a multitude of questions and working hard to make my move as smooth as possible, being super responsive and proactive. Make sure Zak is on your team, he will definitely go above and beyond to solve any problem you might encounter and 100% salvaged a disaster of my own making within mere hours. Thank you!
8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)On numerous occasions I have returned their calls. They in return say they will call back ? So I call back, next time they are still at lunch 2pm. They promise to pass on that I am trying to return their calls. Nothing happens ?<br>They have very poor communication skills both with landlords and renters. I am just in the middle, and seldom hear back.<br>In the end for years ( 16 ) to be precise I have put up with freezing cold winds coming through my bathroom window, and they promised to speak to the landlord, over and over again. It was not before I held some of my rent money back I got a reaction, and 6 months later on, I eventually got a new window. Now I am fight for the next ones.<br>Meanwhile rent goes up. Maybe we have a public tribunal on our hands ? Out of the three different estates agents, this property has been rented out by, Leaders are the worse by far.
