We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. 27th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

11th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Everyone I dealt with at David Doyle, in their various differing roles could not have made things easier for me, they were available, helpful, informative and especially patient (with my sometimes awkward questions!) And long waiting periods. In a nutshell – they were superb and very professional/courteous. They made me feel re-assured during a testing process for myself, and I will always be grateful for that. I would have NO HESITATION in recommending David Doyle to anyone.

From the off the team were efficient and gained multiple viewings and subsequent offers, resulting in a fast sale. Their communication was great throughout and the sale went through seamlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We worked with Amelie, who helped make the process simple and communicated with clarity throughout every step of the journey. We felt cared for as individuals throughout the process and Amelie operated on a real human level with trust and was generally great to work with. I would absolutely recommend Amelie and Frost’s.

Having rented multiple other properties previously with different agents, we can confidently say that Martin & Co are the best letting agents we have ever dealt with as tenants. They are friendly, highly approachable and attentive. Any issues we had with our property were swiftly dealt with. The property management is organised by the staff in the local office, meaning communication and organisation was so easy. They have also always been respectful of our busy lives and we feel they really cared about our experience as tenants. We would highly recommend renting a property through them and would also think they are an excellent agent to use as a landlord for property management. A refreshing experience!

From my initial enquiry through completion and beyond, communication was excellent. I was kept in the loop every stage, making the process smooth and manageable.<br><br>Katherine and Carl's personal and friendly personas kept them approachable when required and swiftly returning with answers to any of my queries. Their knowledge of the Berkhamsted and surrounding areas is invaluable and enabled me to significantly understand the property I was placing an offer on.<br><br>I strongly reccomend selling/purchasing your property through Orchid estate agents if you are looking for an attentive, personal service and a great sale.<br><br>I will be working with Orchid estate agents when the time comes to selling my property.
