She is a real asset to an already outstanding team.- 14th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I wanted to share my review reflecting the exceptional service I received throughout my house rental journey.<br>I began my search for an agent who could provide a service that truly matched my home — a new?build, fabulous and unique property with no real comparable match in the area. From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. 3rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)AVOID AVOID AVOID<br><br>We had our flat on the market with Haart Abbots Langley for 9 months and only had 5 viewings. Constant excuses and lies from the team, no follow ups and meant we were having to chase them throughout (despite being assured that we would get an update every week). Half of our viewings we only found out about when we called to get an update on how things were.<br><br>Shorab, Tom and Jamie were very dismissive throughout and didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on.<br><br>2 flats in the same block as ours sold within 3 weeks of going on the market using different agents for a higher price than what we had ours on for -Haart had driven down the price as they had kept stating it needed to be lower (which ultimately cost us money in the long term). It became very apparent that the issue was Haart and not the flat.<br><br>Switched over to Foxtons Watford and had 3 viewings and had sold within a week. The two estate agents were like night and day.<br><br>Haart were extremely unprofessional and caused nothing but stress whilst we were with them and their only tactic for selling seemed to be lowering the price -which in our case didn’t need to have happened and lost us money. Please look elsewhere when selling -highly recommend Foxtons!

He was very patient with me, took the time to explain things clearly, and was always understanding whenever I had questions or needed extra support. He made the experience feel much less stressful and was professional, helpful, and approachable from start to finish. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend Andy

Loved the virtual tour of our home when it went up for sale and the pictures were really impressive - great attention to detail as well. First time using Hunters and will highly recommend to anyone selling or buying!

The whole team were super responsive at all times and were really helpful in guiding our decisions about marketing and pricing our property. We had a regular level of interest and ultimately were able to agree a sale with one of the offers we received. Once agreed the team again were proactive, responsive and helpful in ensuring that the sale completed. I couldn't recommend them highly enough

She was consistently communicative, keeping us fully updated at every stage and always quick to respond to any queries. What really stood out was how proactive she was — Louise genuinely drove things forward, liaising with all parties and making sure nothing slipped. It honestly felt like she took full ownership of the process and pushed it all the way to exchange. A real credit to the team and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

We actually had two viewings in one day the first just was not for us, second we just knew it was for us. Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly personable. What was also very nice he was not pushy at all and it felt like he was trying to help us find what was right for us and not just sell us a house. We were first time buyers and to say we had lots of questions would be an understatement. Jacob assisted us with our questions and queries even if it was something that wasn't a question for an Estate agent pointed is in the right direction. We would definitely recommend Jacob and Orchid Estate Agents for anyone looking to buy.

David has demonstrated a 'get stuff done' energy I can only dream of having, as well as real market experience and knowledge that he will honestly communicate in a responsive, but sympathetic, manner. Could not ask for anything more in an agent, above and beyond the call of duty, if only all businesses worked like this.

We were introduced to her during our transaction and she has been very quick in helping us with all our queries and requests. Her promptness and clear communication kept things moving at a good pace and without her the transaction most likely would have been delayed. She also possesses a good understanding of these processes and her perspective has helped us a lot.
