Wasn't the most straight-forward transaction, but Jenny and Rebecca supported us from start to finish, and provided an excellent service. They helped us resolve the many and various issues that arose with endless good humour and patience.
24th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)I dealt with Angela and she went out of her way to assist me regarding a property I was interested in. She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.

17th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)We are family of 3 from HKG. We rent a house before coming to uk from a Chinese but it’s totally different from what we expected and far beyond the contract. We hurry up look for other place to move and keep sending request but very few responses from the property agency because we have no job references. Until we met Matthew from Good Neighbour Estate, we got a light of hope. He kept updating me the new properties they have on hand that suited our requirements and budget and arranged house visit quickly. You are a very responsible and reliable agent. Appreciated your help and highly recommend to everyone who is in need to look for a comfortable home.

Gemma was very responsive to all of our questions (and there were many!) since we were unfamiliar with the home buying process. She anticipated our needs and preferences from the start, knew the inventory and the area, and walked us through the entire process with grace, patience, efficiency and good natured reassurance when we needed it. From the start, Gemma was a joy to work with and we highly recommend her.

Starting with sound advice concerning the current market and a realistic sale price for our house, Matt’s knowledge of the process, his thoughtful approach and much needed guidance was invaluable. Our cherished home achieved the asking price which, in a difficult market, was amazing, and Matt helped us navigate potential problems along the way. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.- 20th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
6th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Excellent service. We decided to take our property offline for personal reasons but while Ryan and his team were marketing our flat we received excellent service. They are a hard working, efficient and driven team. I never had to follow up with them, they provided us continual feedback and kept us appraised of any market updates. If you’re tired of dealing with young/inexperienced estate agents from big companies then I would recommend giving these guys a shot!
