Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. I can’t thank everyone at Brown&Merry Tring enough for taking property matters to the next level.

11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Everyone I dealt with at David Doyle, in their various differing roles could not have made things easier for me, they were available, helpful, informative and especially patient (with my sometimes awkward questions!) And long waiting periods. In a nutshell – they were superb and very professional/courteous. They made me feel re-assured during a testing process for myself, and I will always be grateful for that. I would have NO HESITATION in recommending David Doyle to anyone.

From the moment of registering and applying to view properties, their service has been perferctly coordinated, communicated and executed. From prompt responses to requests done on-line which most Agents appear to ignore, to keeping you informed and actually trying to work for you, Carter Jonas professionalism in today's market makes them top leaders in my opinion.<br><br>I would like to personally thank Jenna Bugler, for prompt responce, progress with requests, viewings, documentation and backgroungs checks help. We had the most difficult case of financial checks approach for Ukrainian refugees that escaped from the war zone, and Jennas approach was quick, professional and very helpful. I am very thankful for all effort, help and willingness to go an extra mile with their customers.<br><br>We also have Billy who is looking after us and helping with any issues that sometimes appeat in the house. I cannot thank her enough for coordinating and finding right people in the short period of time to deal with any type of emergencies or issues.<br><br>Thank you team!

From the off the team were efficient and gained multiple viewings and subsequent offers, resulting in a fast sale. Their communication was great throughout and the sale went through seamlessly. From the start, all the team members were respectful, on time, supportive, friendly and efficient.<br>Erin Mcnamara was incredible. She was quick to reply and find answers and solutions, within her possibilities, during the renting process.<br>Jack and Ella were patient, informative and very friendly during viewings and quick to reply.<br>Sam was extremely helpful during the contract signing, supporting me with the documentation and giving me some information on providers for the home, as I'm new to the UK.<br>The house was very presentable and clean from the start, and it was visible that it has been well taken care of.<br>Moving in is going to be exciting and made simpler thanks to the team. ??????

She has been professional, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and supportive. Erin was equally helpful when showing me around several properties before I found the right one. From start to finish, I felt well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Colin dealt with the whole sales process, from start to finish, including valuation, sales strategy, marketing, negotiations with buyer, solicitors, and other members of the chain. He even put one member of the chain in touch with a financial adviser to successfully resolve a mortgage issue that could have caused a problem with our sale.<br><br>Colin had great local knowledge of the market, was empathetic to our circumstances, and had a good sense of humour. He kept us up-to-date with progress and helped to resolve potential issues quickly.<br><br>His strategy paid off with a sale well above the marketing price and with the whole process taking less than three months.<br><br>On behalf of our family, I'd like to thank Colin and the whole team at Christopher Pallet for doing such a fantastic job.

From my initial enquiry through completion and beyond, communication was excellent. I was kept in the loop every stage, making the process smooth and manageable.<br><br>Katherine and Carl's personal and friendly personas kept them approachable when required and swiftly returning with answers to any of my queries. Their knowledge of the Berkhamsted and surrounding areas is invaluable and enabled me to significantly understand the property I was placing an offer on.<br><br>I strongly reccomend selling/purchasing your property through Orchid estate agents if you are looking for an attentive, personal service and a great sale.<br><br>I will be working with Orchid estate agents when the time comes to selling my property.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
