With a history of delinquent behaviours, it comes as no surprise that Knight Frank recently breached the 2007 planning regulations governing the conduct of estate and lettings agents. All agents are aware of these regulations, as a failure to comply with them constitutes a criminal offence. Presumably Knight Frank think they are above the law. We have engaged with the local authority, councillors and council leader about the ongoing behavioural issues with Knight Frank. The following was posted at an earlier date: Despite many requests not to, Knight Frank staff and agents continued parking on our private driveway, thereby blocking access to properties on our estate. Such “me first” behaviour contrasts starkly with the considerate nature of the people who live here. We ended up having to notify the police about harassment and a member of staff from Knight Frank has been permanently excluded. Cached web pages show that the property Knight Frank manages was advertised to let for nearly 5 months, in which time the rate was dropped until finally it was advertised as under offer. The tenants who eventually moved in must have been delighted at having bagged a bargain. At the same time, new tenants moved into an identical property just over 2 weeks after it was put on the market by another agent at more than 8% above the rate last advertised by Knight Frank. Since then another identical property has been let in less than 3 weeks. What does this say about Knight Frank’s marketing capability? Earlier this year we had to ask the owner of the property to pay the annual maintenance charge, as Knight Frank had not done so. We deal with 3 other agents in Beaconsfield; in our view they are head, shoulders and knees above Knight Frank.... Read more

Do not use these estate agents. When we used them to sell my Grandparents house, they unlawfully lied to us (the family) and potential buyers. They did this in order to benefit themselves by selling property to personal contact ie contractor for a fraction of the full asking price. Total lack of decency, integrity and honour. I wouldn't trust them to run me a bath. Response to your response: My online name definitely won't be on your database. I understand my Aunt has left several similar reviews on your social media sites, which have all been removed by Hunters. My intention is to hold your company or a member of your staff accountable. A private sale of my Grandparents home was made after months and months of delay on your part. To the buyer who had been interested right from the start. Waste of everyone's time, money and wellbeing. Maybe this just needs you guys to go over conduct process and introduce values measurement when recruiting.... Read more

I put my property on the market with Brown & Merry in Berkhamsted. I found the office staff to be friendly, helpful and always professional. Harry, in particular, stood out in regard to his professionalism and reliability. Toward the end of the conveyancing process Amir was responsive and reliable in chasing up final things. Where the Berkhamsted office stood out for me was in the small details. If they agreed to phone me back they did phone me back within the timescales we'd agreed. They were honest and upfront at all times and reassuring to deal with during the more stressful parts of the process. Their 'go-to' solicitors were absolutely excellent as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their Berkhamsted office if you live in the area and are thinking of putting your property on the market. We have recently purchased our home through Michael Anthony and had a very positive experience from start to finish. Our sales negotiator was Lewis Parker and he was thorough, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive - which is so important especially when making a purchase as significant and important as this - during a pandemic! We had a little difficulty with opening a lock when we moved in and Lewis even offered to come round and sort it for us, which just goes to show it wasn't just about the sale for him. Hi There, Well , We would like to make a complaint about lady called Ella from Michael Anthony, Aylesbury branch. We had an appointment this morning 19/02/2016 at 10:15am and we made a call to her as we will be 15 minutes late as we were stuck in London traffic. We called her when we were in the car & we explained to her we will be there by 10:30 & exactly we were there by 10:30 am & when we called her, We were standing outside the property with our 4 year old son & my wife was pregnant she was not ready to co-operate & she said you will have to come on time as we were 15 mins late due to traffic as we can't jump traffic & that before we had doctors appointment at 9:20am & we were called at 9:30 am & we were running late due to appointment & Ella should have told her that if u were running late then you should rearranged appointment for another day but we didn't get any type of cooperation or good advice or satisfying response from her & we travelled 1hour 15 minutes & we asked her we can wait for another one hour but it seemed as if she had made her mind up already & didn't try to re-arrange after 1 hour or send that lady(Lucy) after finish her worked & Ella's behaviour was rude & didn't seem co-operative at all. This was our first time visit with Michael Anthony & our experience was really bad because of this rude lady Ella. No one is that busy that they can't adjust or co-operate or rearrange after couple of hours. We have been & visited many other properties in the past but have never been treated this we didn't notice any good customer service at all from her . Even she didn't bother to give us exact flat address in her confirmation call or mail & I asked for flat address where to come. I am absolutely disappointed with Michael anthony's customer service by Ella. We don't think we will recommend Michael Anthony to any of our family or friends who would ask for good estate property agent. I wouldn't recommend after we got really bad experience by Ella. She even didn't bother to say if you would come late then better come some other day & don't come today . If she would have said this way then we wouldn't come today. but she didn't say anything & the way she sounded we felt she is really rude & not co-operative at all. we wasted our 3 hours time to come there & come back. Ella you really let us down by your very unprofessional behaviour in your job . We came from Wembley central to Aylesbury & we went without having a look at the flat.
