Unfortunately, the purchase did not happen for personal reasons and decisions, nothing to do with the vendor or the very beautiful property they were selling. But Mrs Azra has been helpful and graceful in this circumstances also, never treating us any different for changing our minds and offering to help with whatever we needed propertywise in the future. It was such a lovely experience to meet her. We wish her all the good luck in her career! May many customers enjoy her assistance!

I was informed in writing that the refund had been approved and passed to the accounting team, yet no payment was made and no replies were received despite several follow?ups. The lack of responsiveness after tenancy termination and the difficulty in tracking the deposit created unnecessary stress. Tenants should be cautious and be prepared to chase persistently for deposit refunds.

The photos and walk through service really showcased the house and their professional approach to the house viewings was really positive. Luckily for us, O & A introduced us to our now forever home which made communication seamless and quick so we couldn’t be happier with the process and how things panned out. They didnt shy away from any questions and were reassuring when things got stressful. Thanks guys!
13th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Cassidy & Tate, and in particular working with Duncan, who was excellent throughout the entire process. From the outset, Duncan moved quickly to get the property listed, organising photography and even helping arrange the EPC, which made a big difference in getting everything live without delay. The listing was handled brilliantly, and within just two weeks we had two strong offers. What really stood out was Duncan’s communication. He was always incredibly responsive, proactive and never made any question feel like a chore. After every viewing, he provided clear updates, which gave us real confidence and kept us fully informed at each stage. He also went above and beyond in practical ways, such as letting the surveyor in when we couldn’t be there, which really helped keep things moving smoothly during a busy period. On top of all that, Duncan is personable, considerate and clearly takes pride in doing a great job for his clients. We dealt solely with him throughout and thanks to his efforts, the whole process felt far more straightforward than it could have been. We couldn’t recommend Duncan and Cassidy & Tate more highly.

They have guided us expertly through finding tenants and advising us on realistic rental income. Further, they have a team of honest and reliable trades people to help resolve any issues and as a team are extremely well informed, helpful and friendly. On the sales side, they sold a property for us very quickly and recommended solicitors making the whole process stress free and painless. It is the best agency in Harpenden.

It was long & tedious, to say the least, but the team always kept us going, even when we felt that everything was in danger of falling apart. Special shout out to Elliot, for all his much-appreciated updates; these genuinely kept us afloat for months on end. 1st May 2026 (4 days ago)I used William H Brown to sell my home 2026. I was very impressed with the service they provided. Daniel dealt with the initial stages of the sale. I found him very helpful, communicative, friendly and very professional, with the assistance of Finley they both provided a service that was exceptional. In addition to this, David the branch manager was also amazing. All together the service we received during what can be a very stressful time, made the whole process much more bearable, and relatively stress free. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. 5 stars to William H Brown St Albans, and 10 out of 10 for Daniel and David.
