She wasn't just opening doors; she truly championed the property.<br>Once we accepted an offer, Natalia’s dedication really shone. We were caught in a large, complex property chain, which naturally brought some incredibly stressful moments as we worked toward exchange and completion. Through it all, Natalia was always remarkably quick to respond. She relentlessly chased solicitors and the rest of the chain to keep the momentum going. Most importantly, her calm and measured approach was exactly the grounding presence we needed when tensions ran high. She was the steady hand that kept everything on track, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns.<br><br>The purchase had a few unexpected twists along the way, so I really appreciated Nick’s support and communication throughout. While Nick was away, Thomas also made sure I was kept updated, so there was always someone available to help.<br><br>Overall, a very positive experience and great communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick and the team.

Especially grateful to Samantha for her helping getting through putting in an offer, going through referencing and finally signing the lease. She has been quite helpful in getting my requests through to the landlord for things like fixing some small faults and getting additional cleaning. She is a very kind and helpful person. Also thanks to Renata who showed me the flat at my first viewing and picked up on some issues that needed sorting by the landlord like a drippy tap and some loose drawers. She went to communicate these to the landlord and they were sorted by my second visit. Overall very happy with the team :)

It turned out to be an excellent decision.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Mark and the team were fantastic. Professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Our sale certainly wasn't without its challenges, but Mark worked tirelessly to keep things moving, regularly going above and beyond to resolve issues and keep everyone informed.<br><br>What really stood out was the level of communication and genuine commitment to getting the sale over the line. Their marketing and advertising was slick, their arrangements for viewings, feedback, local property activity knowledge and pricing guidance was professional, honest and always delivered regularly, with consideration of their seller's wellbeing, during a normally stressful process. Once a buyer was secured, updates were timely and proactive. I cannot endorse Connells as a whole brand, but from my personal experience with Sam, Carmen and the rest of the team at Marshallswick, I'd 100% recommend them to sell your property...
