At a sensitive time after my mother had passed Grant and his team at Hamptons were fantastic. Professional at all times, Knowledgeable on where to value my mother‘s house in the current market and understanding of the issues surrounding probate. They help us proceed with confidence that we were in good hands through the process and when issues were raised as always is the case in a house sale Grant and the team dealt with In a sensitive and efficient manner. All of this resulted in us achieving a sale above the asking price in a very difficult market. I can’t thank you enough. Darren Norman

It was partially due to a difficult market, partially my own fault didn't listen. However, Rolstons have been hands down the best agents for me, I was always kept in the loop by Matthew and Paul even out side office hours, they are very experienced and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
