From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

25th Mar 2021 (4 years ago)Keen to start with and good at supplying statistics, but slow to respond to emails and some emails not replied to. Telephone communication was good and received feed back after all viewings expect final viewing. Unable to convert high percentage of interest into viewings. Not all that impressed with professional photographer who didn't take pictures of some rooms, which we had to take ourselves. Didn't receive copy of printed brochure until contract was coming to an end and didn't receive copy of video.

25th Mar 2025 (23 days ago)I’ve just bought a home with Nock Deighton and as a first time buyer things can be a little confusing or overwhelming at times. Both Olivia and Abi were absolutely brilliant in helping me along the process and were always there if any assistance was needed. They were both always very friendly and helpful whenever I had a question and nothing was ever an issue at all for them. They’d always give me their time to help explain things further as well as pointing me in the right direction where needed, which is so valuable when you’re unsure what you need to do next.
12th Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)I had a disappointing and unprofessional experience with Jackson Property Leominster. I had arranged a viewing for a converted barn with a garden in Ullingswick, a property I was genuinely excited about and had the means to rent immediately. The viewing was nearly two hours' drive (I am relocating for work), and I attended under the assumption the property was available as advertised. I initially found Keira Griffiths, the lettings assistant, to be well-presented and pleasant enough even if she did start the viewing twenty minutes late, leaving me waiting with my tots in bad weather. I loved the place immediately and was optimistic about moving forward with all the usual checks and processes. Then it went downhill. I explained my situation and personal investment clearly to Keira at the viewing and expressed strong interest. Despite this, she repeatedly responded with "if you're interested, email..."—a confusing and dismissive response considering I had already made my interest clear. The following day, I followed up and was told the landlady had concerns about children living near a pond behind the property's gated private garden. This was surprising because, during the viewing, Keira showed us the garden without mentioning the pond or expressing any concerns about its safety. She simply directed us to walk outside, demonstrating no apparent worry about the terrain, nor mentioning any potential worry the landlady might have about children. Nor were we worried: we ALWAYS stay close to our children outdoors, even in a small garden. If the landlady had serious reservations about tenants with children, this should have been made clear from the start, saving everyone time and petrol and effort. If the landlady really was as concerned as purported, Keira's presentation of the place was careless and complacent . Keira assured me she would speak to the landlady again, implying the property might still be open to us. But the reality was clear: the landlady wasn’t interested, and Keira must have known this. Offering false hope rather than giving a straightforward refusal was unnecessary and unprofessional. Despite my follow-up, there has been no further response—not even a courtesy update. We were just left hanging, with no clear resolution or offer to keep us informed of future suitable properties. This lack of transparency and basic professionalism left us feeling dismissed and judged. I've never heard anything like it. "You can't rent here because of a pond." Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Jackson Property based on this experience. Clear communication, respectful treatment, and transparency should be the minimum standard when dealing with prospective tenants.

17th Apr 2025 (0 days ago)Both Ben and Nicole who I have had dealings with have been very good so far. Emails updating me as the sale has progressed and feedback from initial potential buyers. Offer received very quickly which was accepted. Best valuation and we were offered full asking price and Kimberley’s offered the best fee package. Would recommend. Hopefully rest of the sale will go smoothly with them.

Always very quick to respond to queries and issues, reliable and were never overbearing. Overall a very pleasant renting experience through Hayden Estates.

3rd Dec 2024 (19 weeks ago)I am writing a long review so that everyone get a full picture. Me and my wife moved to uk from bangladesh on march 23. Professionally we both are doctors. My wife got a job in hereford county hospital so we moved to hereford. Initially we had to stay in an accomodation because we couldn't rent any house without viewing. Being a resident in a 3rd world country little did we know about the uk system. Within a few weeks we got to know that we cant stay in that accomodation for long and we had to vacant the room. So we started searching to rent a property here. The real pain started then. I have to be honest here. While asking for viewing any property we felt like we r not welcome here and we r a pair of vigilant who fled from a jail. Everyone asking so many questions and at the end our request rejected as we didn't have any tenancy certificate or reference for minimum 1 year despite my wife working in NHS as a doctor. It got us worried and we felt like we made a crime coming here. As member of International medical graduates we also learned so many doctors having problems with their landlords which got us more worried. Still we kept searching for properties. One property we both liked on the west street under the banner of Sunderland properties. The hospital solicitor told me to go to their office and try to communicate. So i went to their office and expressed my interest. They said respective agent will contact me. I never had any hope of getting this high end property still i tried The next day I got and Email from Mr Phill from Sunderland hereford. Surprisingly after some conversation he gave us a viewing. I must say i was both amazed and hopeful again. At first meet I realized that Mr phill is soo friendly and helpful. Its like the opposite picture we have been getting and hearing from our colleagues. So after fulfilling all the formalities the landlord accepted us for renting the property. It was the most perfect apartment we can have in hereford. Since the begining Mr phill kept helping us in every possible way. He answered all my questions anytime i send him message or give him a call. He really changed my views in staying in uk and i realized that I am part of uk now. He never did any discrimination as we r not uk resident. We have been renting the house since may 23. Till now he helps us anytime we face any problem or ask any maintenance questions. Or freezer wasnt working this summer despite being a newly renovated question. The moment i informed Mr. Phill he booked a repair guy to look at it within 10 min. And within few days we got a new freezer replaced by them. I mean i never expected this kind of friendly service. I was scared that i might have to pay but surprisingly I didnt have to because the compressor failed. And Mr. Phil never asked us how did it happened or anything although we didn't do anything. Its like the best service we can ever hope for. I must say Mr Philip G Ashman from Sunderland is the best agent I might have met till now and I believe no one can surpass him in future because he is friendly, responsible and helpful in every possible way a tenant can for. To me he is the reason sundarland is getting 5star references from me.

13th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)Please be wary of this company. They rented me a property with a malfunctioning boiler which set off my gas detection unit. I have written them an email which I will paste below, to my surprise they haven't had the decency to reply even tho it was sent 4 days ago: Hi Adam thanks for the reply, There is currently no heating or hot water to the caravan as the boilers not heating the water correctly even when the boilers on its not able to provide hot water to the shower. The plumbers not able to come out until Monday, this will be at least 96 hours to get the boiler fixed. This is in contradiction of a 24 hour period to fix essential services such as heating and hot water, which in tern invalidates the tenancy agreement. As a result of the exposure of 34ppm carbon monoxide levels on Friday night I woke up at 4am Saturday morning not being able to breath and had extreme heart palpitations. I spent 5 hours in A&E yesterday as a result of staying in the caravan with unsafe levels of carbon monoxide I had to turn the heating off, the caravan is cold and damp with a musky smell, which intern produced an asthma attack. I asked the owner to move me into a different caravan that didn't have damp, and a newer boiler. He said he couldn't as all the other caravans were booked up. I have therefore been forced to move out of there yesterday, into a friend's house that doesn't have damp and has a working boiler. The landlord has breached their implied obligation as per the Landlord & Tenancy Act 1985 and the Fitness for Human Habitation Act 2018, which invalidates the tenancy agreement. I would like a full refund payable on Monday. Regards Stephen Valentine
