23rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

I popped in today as i had a situation within my own property sale and onway to my solicitors. Ddespite me not selling with themselves Pearl who is a credit to uou and was kind enough to support me through advice witha situation that has caused me to feel physically unwell... Pearl explained the process that estate agents follow and this reassured me that my buyer was not being transparent regarding anti money laundering... I told my solicitor on thee backnof this info..uour staff helped me by giving me the reassurance that something was not right with my buyer. Many thanks...im sending you many blessing as a company for giving me your time today xx

They gave me regular updates and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. The whole experience was so stress free I would recommend them to anyone and consider them to be Hull's number one estate agents

13th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

Throughout the process they gave us information and explained options to us so that we could make decisions. I mostly spoke to Gemma and I really appreciated her understanding, honesty and the time she spent going through things with me. Another big positive was that both Gemma and Chris kept up to date with our situation and our buyers unlike the first agent we put our house on the market with. They also arranged more viewings. I recommend Taylors without hesitation.

13th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
