7th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Despite any other comments, I had an amazing experience with MSL, I guess it depends on which house or property you’re going for. I stayed at Coulston Road, and it was amazing, I stayed there during my 2nd year and it remained as the best house I ever stayed at during uni. The MSL team was responsive, the property was in perfect condition, no mould, no damp, and if any issues arose they would be there within a couple of days to fix it. I imagine that this is not the case with every property, if you’re going for a very cheap alternative I imagine there will be a few more issues, but if you’re staying or planning on staying at 46 Coulston Road, or any properties in that price range, rest assured, they’re top quality properties. *EDIT* I forgot to mention, I kept my room in perfect condition, no damage, no mess, everything nice and neat and tidy. There was however some normal wear and tear in the room as can be expected through occupying a space for a year, for instance the paint in the shower started chipping away and a couple of other things. However, even with the wear and tear, I received my full deposit back. Not a single penny was taken away from my deposit. Those comments saying they took away their deposits for no reason, I would beg to differ, I image their threshold for “no reason” is very low, since I had no issues whatsoever with the deposits. Just keep your room in good condition and you won’t have any issues.

11th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Eve was absolutely fantastic We had our home up for sale previously with another agent for 8 months no communication updates or feedback The same cannot be said for THW The process from start to finish was so professional and every week we had phone calls updates and any worries we had were addressed Needless to say our house sold within weeks with 2 offers and so much interest Even though we have now sold Eve is keeping us up to date and we can’t thank the team enough No stress and worry about the whole process Thank you

In addition, Laura was particularly helpful on completion day. I would highly recommend for anyone thinking of selling their property

In the beginning they ensured a smooth transition into the property and were massively helpful in preparing it and ensuring we were happy. If there was ever a problem it was very easy to contact a member of the team and they always responded in a timely, respectful and judicious manner. I had no problems at all with Everbest and recommend them to anyone.

25th Feb 2026 (17 days ago)Been meaning to share a review for a while. We moved Nov 25. For such a long time I believed Ben Rose were the estate agent to use due to quality of photos and because of the number of boards you see everywhere. How wrong was I?! Photographer I still believe is excellent. But basically your photos are what sell your house. The staff arent salespeople they are just admin staff with too much on their plate. Service improved after we sold when it became an admin task but selling was not a pleasant experience unfortunately. Every phonecall felt like an inconvenience. They've no spare staff to present your property for you most of the time. Unfortunately I feel like we'd have been better off with purple bricks or an independent estate agent. Won't be moving again hopefully but this is just my honest opinion and experience. Might help others choose estate agents more wisely. Cant speak for the other branches of course, staff from Leyland seemed lovely but we were in the wrong postcode sadly
