7th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Despite any other comments, I had an amazing experience with MSL, I guess it depends on which house or property you’re going for. I stayed at Coulston Road, and it was amazing, I stayed there during my 2nd year and it remained as the best house I ever stayed at during uni. The MSL team was responsive, the property was in perfect condition, no mould, no damp, and if any issues arose they would be there within a couple of days to fix it. I imagine that this is not the case with every property, if you’re going for a very cheap alternative I imagine there will be a few more issues, but if you’re staying or planning on staying at 46 Coulston Road, or any properties in that price range, rest assured, they’re top quality properties. *EDIT* I forgot to mention, I kept my room in perfect condition, no damage, no mess, everything nice and neat and tidy. There was however some normal wear and tear in the room as can be expected through occupying a space for a year, for instance the paint in the shower started chipping away and a couple of other things. However, even with the wear and tear, I received my full deposit back. Not a single penny was taken away from my deposit. Those comments saying they took away their deposits for no reason, I would beg to differ, I image their threshold for “no reason” is very low, since I had no issues whatsoever with the deposits. Just keep your room in good condition and you won’t have any issues.

We were getting to a stage of panicking about whether we were to get a rental house or not.<br>We had tried out many agencies and not being successful. We then landed on Entwistle and they made it so easy for us. It was from phoning after seeing a property on line, viewing to the last bit of the process. They are organised, have good customer service, excellent guidance and we loved the process all the way. If you think I am bluffing, just try them.

Buying a home can be stressful, but they kept us well informed, communicated clearly, and made everything feel as straightforward as possible. 20th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)So glad we chose Katrina as our agent. Selling a property can be very stressful but right from the start the enthusiasm and service was beyond. Always available, I don't know how she has any time to herself. Great advice and communication between ourselves and the buyer got things done smoothly. Dan was also fully up to speed on the rare occasion when Katrina couldn't pick up. These guys really put the effort into selling your house.
