7th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Despite any other comments, I had an amazing experience with MSL, I guess it depends on which house or property you’re going for. I stayed at Coulston Road, and it was amazing, I stayed there during my 2nd year and it remained as the best house I ever stayed at during uni. The MSL team was responsive, the property was in perfect condition, no mould, no damp, and if any issues arose they would be there within a couple of days to fix it. I imagine that this is not the case with every property, if you’re going for a very cheap alternative I imagine there will be a few more issues, but if you’re staying or planning on staying at 46 Coulston Road, or any properties in that price range, rest assured, they’re top quality properties. *EDIT* I forgot to mention, I kept my room in perfect condition, no damage, no mess, everything nice and neat and tidy. There was however some normal wear and tear in the room as can be expected through occupying a space for a year, for instance the paint in the shower started chipping away and a couple of other things. However, even with the wear and tear, I received my full deposit back. Not a single penny was taken away from my deposit. Those comments saying they took away their deposits for no reason, I would beg to differ, I image their threshold for “no reason” is very low, since I had no issues whatsoever with the deposits. Just keep your room in good condition and you won’t have any issues.

2nd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)From the start of the selling process Square Room were professional and helpful with any matter we had. We has initial personal conversation with Paul , the owner who explained the whole process such as time, timescales and fees and then we’re handed over to the wider team who were confident and pleasant throughout. Square Room handled the viewings which was a great weight of my mind and their communication was outstanding. From confirmation bookings to follow up calls. As I was acting as POA on behalf of my father, I was concerned things wouldn’t always be communicated to me, how wrong could I have been. I even recommended Square Room to a couple of friends who were selling their house. A big thank you to all the team at Square Room.

7th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Terrible service received by my daughter. She made an appointment to view a house, she waited, knocked on the door and no one was there. She the callled to be advised the lady should be there. She waited for quite some time then had to return to work. They have still not called to apologise or explain. This is shocking customer service. I would not sell or buy a house from this company

Mairead was very attentive to our needs and went out of her way to identify the kind of properties that suited our preferences. She arranged viewings outside business hours to accommodate our busy work schedules and was always smiling and ready to give advice and tips ranging from the most mundane to complex issues with the solicitors. We were made to feel more like family than clients. Our deal reached completion within 4 months. I would highly recommend this team.

From our first contact with Liam Herrador, everything felt easy, responsive and well handled. Amanda Beard who came out to value the property, was excellent. She took the time to really understand the house and our situation. She cared about getting it right for us. Her follow up and attention to detail was excellent too. We also had contact with another member of the team, Serena, for a possible house purchase and she was so helpful too. All in all, a great experience. Thank you

I spoke with Andrew and went in to meet him and Eleanor, both I have to say were totally 'on it'. Really professional approach, this has taken so much stress away from the whole situation. We had a glitch halfway through the process, but it was sorted. 1st Jun 2026 (17 days ago)iBay Homes were the estate agent selling our new home. Marketing photos, room plans and description presented the property very well. Our viewing was conducted in a relaxed, unhurried way, with our questions answered helpfully and informatively. Once our offer was accepted the conveyancing process dragged on for 6 months due to inefficient, frustrating solicitors up and down a fairly short, mainly cash transactional chain. Hayley at i Bay Homes was resposive to our calls, helpful with her experience and insights to the legal process and facilitated communication with her sellers. She also liased with our estate agent and kept us informed regarding legal progress by the seller's solicitor. Hayley also obtained answers to our questions from her seller or seller's solictor quickly and professionally. In short she was an indespensible part of our new home purchase. When selling or buying your home the estate agents role is critical. Choosing iBay Homes to buy or sell your home is the best days work you will ever do. We were most impressed with their professional, experienced, helpful and friendly way of dealing with the property maze. They will not only price your home correctly if you're sell it, but crucially keep the legal process moving and guide you as a seller or a buyer along the way.

She was warm, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right property. Right from the start, she made both of us feel completely comfortable and supported. Throughout the entire process, the customer service from the whole team was exceptional.
