Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma

18th Aug 2024 (9 mo. ago)Very disappointed with our experience with Newton & Co. Poor customer service. Very difficult to get through to people when you really needed to, which created undue stress and frustration. Quite often we had to chase them up to get feedback following viewings.

They valued my property taking into consideration its location, decor and upkeep. All of the team were professional and patient throughout the selling process and were helpful to both me and my buyer. Great service.

However when I put an offer in and didn't hear back, I called them for an update . the women said she had left me a voicemail days earlier which was a lie. Upped my offer said she would ring me back still nothing.
