Nothing was too much trouble.- 16th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Farrell Heyworth have to be amongst the worst letting agents in the North-West. I have been forced to give them 1 star as it is impossible to leave them ‘zero’. They have habitually made mistakes in the management of my property, costing me hundreds of pounds over the 9 years they have ‘managed’ the property. I am finally rid of them, to discover they cannot locate the house keys. The employee who undertook the inventory failed to return the keys to the office and went on annual leave! They have failed to take final meter readings because they allege they cannot find the meters, despite mentioning the meters in the inventory report and taking them on many occasions in the past. There is absolutely nothing I can say that is positive about FH. Use anybody but them, if you need a letting agent!

I decided to hand one of my properties over to Jennings Estates as I had heard good things about them. In no time at all my property was marketed and let to a professional family and I could not be any happier with the service I received. A professional knowledgeable company with top notch customer service.

We called him, and he said he forgot and kept saying he wouldn't be long. We waited outside the house for 45 minutes but eventually left. Very unprofessional
