7th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Despite any other comments, I had an amazing experience with MSL, I guess it depends on which house or property you’re going for. I stayed at Coulston Road, and it was amazing, I stayed there during my 2nd year and it remained as the best house I ever stayed at during uni. The MSL team was responsive, the property was in perfect condition, no mould, no damp, and if any issues arose they would be there within a couple of days to fix it. I imagine that this is not the case with every property, if you’re going for a very cheap alternative I imagine there will be a few more issues, but if you’re staying or planning on staying at 46 Coulston Road, or any properties in that price range, rest assured, they’re top quality properties. *EDIT* I forgot to mention, I kept my room in perfect condition, no damage, no mess, everything nice and neat and tidy. There was however some normal wear and tear in the room as can be expected through occupying a space for a year, for instance the paint in the shower started chipping away and a couple of other things. However, even with the wear and tear, I received my full deposit back. Not a single penny was taken away from my deposit. Those comments saying they took away their deposits for no reason, I would beg to differ, I image their threshold for “no reason” is very low, since I had no issues whatsoever with the deposits. Just keep your room in good condition and you won’t have any issues.

31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)I just want to appreciate the professionalism that was shown to us (myself and my wife) by Erin and Michael. We were getting to a stage of panicking about whether we were to get a rental house or not.<br>We had tried out many agencies and not being successful. We then landed on Entwistle and they made it so easy for us. It was from phoning after seeing a property on line, viewing to the last bit of the process. They are organised, have good customer service, excellent guidance and we loved the process all the way. If you think I am bluffing, just try them.

Buying a home can be stressful, but they kept us well informed, communicated clearly, and made everything feel as straightforward as possible. We had Eve as our main point of contact and would defiantly recommend her!

Nothing was too much trouble for him and he replied to all our queries in a calm and efficient manner. They provide a warm a personal service at all times and I am so glad we chose them to sell our beloved parents home. 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Good experience from sale to sold.<br>Would of liked a little more correspondence weekly as the buyer was cash buyer & needed quick exchange & property was empty .could of been down to solicitors but overhaul took.12 weeks from start to them getting keys.<br>I would recommend Ben Rose .Look like have good reputation in Bamber bridge area for properties at the correct pricing .We sold within 7days .
