5th Apr 2025 (10 mo. ago)My house has been o the market for more than 40 weeks. I have had no one come to see the property except a random couple who knocked on my door and asked if they could look at my house. I have now withdrawn the house from the market

25th Jan 2026 (19 days ago)Our experience as a buyer Willsons and in particular Alice was poor and unprofessional. Viewing a property the agent was not engaging at all, we felt like she didn’t particularly want to be there, her knowledge of the property was poor, every question we asked she didn’t know the answer and she followed around watching us like a hawk, which is slightly unnerving and we couldn’t relax. Communication was none existent to say the least. ????????????

Based in the centre of Louth, their office is easy to access. Thank you Crofts for providing an excellent service.

30th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)from start to finish I was given the best service, even helping me with technical issues which Faye soon had sorted. Communication was second to none and every aspect of my purchase was dealt with kindly and respectfully. Cannot thank them enough, especially Faye.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

25th Jan 2026 (19 days ago)It started off well but then I felt quite disappointed. There was a mix up on their part over the key for them to access property. This caused inconvenience to me. Poor communication. Then times for a Saturday viewing were messed up. I was unaware there were to be 3 viewings. I would have not agreed to 3 due to personal circumstances at the time. Then the times given to me were incorrect. I did everything I could to fit in viewings and would take digs out so not around. I just felt communication was quite poor on occasions.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

29th Oct 2025 (15 weeks ago)Did not want to help. I offered to do an open house myself they said it wouldn’t work. They had no interest in helping to sell my property so I moved to another agent
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)TES took over from Hunters just after I had given notice to Hunters and after having to stay with them for 16 weeks, all of the office staff changed almost overnight. I thought rather than go back to square one I would see what they could do. By that time my partners sale completed (21 April) and I have to admit I took my eye off the ball as we were very busy with workmen etc. However the communication was very little. I had one lady view in that time but she had not sold herself. She did view a second time but turned out to be a time waster. No-one senior ever spoke to me about any plan. I asked about an open day perhaps and was told the market for bungalows was just not there. I am now sorting out another agent who is due to photograph and do a floor plan today. Fingers crossed.
