Zoe, James and Mark were consistently helpful, professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Their customer service was top-notch, making us feel well-supported every step of the way. Special mention to Zoe, whose exceptional people skills made a real difference. She kept us informed at every stage, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident in all our dealings with the process. The entire team made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward – this includes the extremely efficient and helpful telephone staff that often took our calls and reassured us. Highly recommend Brown and Co for anyone looking to buy or sell – they truly go above and beyond.

From the moment the viewing was arranged, Remi was incredibly organised and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. During the viewing, Remi was thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about providing the best possible service. Every question was answered with confidence, and nothing felt rushed. It’s rare to find an estate agent who combines such energy, care, and attention to detail, but Remi truly delivered on all fronts.
22nd May 2026 (9 days ago)Unfortunately our purchase fell through but our estate agent Jack was professional, responsive and worked hard to keep things moving. He communicated well, kept us updated and was always helpful when we needed information or support. Despite how things ended, Jack handled everything brilliantly and was a real credit to the company. I felt it was important that his efforts were recognised, and I'd 100% recommend him to anyone.

9th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)This estate agents must be the worst in Lincoln by far, extremely unprofessional, not transparent and do not understand how to hold people accountable. They all need training including their managers as it’s a shambles dealing with them and from hear on out I will make sure they’re never recommended. Procise feedback with the lettings and delivers a stress free process to any landlord. Would highly recommend Kelly at the Boston office for excellent professional service.

21st May 2026 (10 days ago)We've recently sold our house with Mark Rice. Ben carried out our valuation and was incredibly helpful from the very start. He was passionate, super knowledgeable, and really filled us with confidence which made our decision to use Mark Rice to sell our house really easy. He took the time to get to know us and our home, we really appreciated that there was never any pressure put on us. Laura supported us throughout the sale process and was absolutely amazing. She kept us updated every step of the way, answered every query quickly, followed up on everything she said she would and was endlessly patient with all our questions! She never once made us feel like we were pestering and her kindness, reassurance, and genuine investment in our journey took so much stress away from the process. We are so grateful for all of her support. A huge thank you as well to Jill and Frances, who were always so kind, responsive and helpful whenever we contacted the team and had any queries. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.
19th Feb 2026 (14 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell
14th May 2026 (17 days ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

When solicitors were slow in keeping me inform , the ladies were brilliant at chasing them and moving the sale along. Would recommend without hesitation.

Maybe one day we will call by to say hello and meet her in person as she was such a pleasure to deal with.
24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.
11th May 2026 (20 days ago)Having just moved home I wanted to say a massive thank you to Fairweather Estate Agents. At the beginning I was looking for a company who presented themselves professionally, not just telling me what I wanted to hear and later get disappointed, quality photography, description of a home not just a couple of lines and friendly personalities. Once I met Claire I was soon encouraged me to choose them for all the above reasons. I was not wrong. Home moving is a very stressful process and particularly Juan supported by Sophie made it a much easier, smoother and calmer time. No matter what came up it was dealt with, not only professional but also it felt on a personal level. I was kept up to date weekly and sometimes more often if needed but it was never a nuisance Thanks Juan, Sophie and Claire, I would recommend anyone looking to sell there home to contact Fairweather Estate Agents you won’t be disappointed.

Very friendly team, professional and kept me informed all the way through, would definitely recommend them to you
13th Feb 2026 (15 weeks ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.
