9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I contacted Saffron Naylor in the Maintenance Dept to request that a contractor be appointed to paint the window frames of my property. She engaged the contractor & supplied me with a quote which I accepted. She agreed to hold back rent money, plus I sent the difference by bank transfer to cover the full costs of the job. The work was carried out on Monday & I am pleased with how it looks & how Saffron has managed this. She is efficient, thoughtful & helpful and an asset to your business. We just gelled really from her first house viewing we did altogether.. she was kind and attentive to our needs and thought we would suit the house which is still our top runner to the present day! We are hoping we will deal with Laura more during our house move as we know we will be well looked after!<br><br>I just wanted to mention too that Laura and Dawn come to do our evaluation on our property and were very kind , attentive especially with me as a mum of a 2.5 year old that was very tired and worn out on our first day of potty training … something I won’t forget it how they really cared about me and my little boy during the whole time they were here and really apologetic about taking up my time. 31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)If you want an efficient, helpful, or even competent organisation to sell your house, use these at your peril! They needed constant chasing up, and completely failed to pass on important communications from the vendors. And in trying to deal with a small associated issue post sale, they have completely washed their hands of any dialogue, even to the extent of being rude and decidedly unhelpful. They have done practically nothing for their fees. My advice would be to go elsewhere.
14th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Lewis handled the sale process for me and his professionalism also stood out, very smart and polite, he did everything he could to make the process as easy and speedy as he could, updating me throughout. If I had to make any phone calls to the office, all the agents were always polite and passed on any messages I left for Lewis, I always had a speedy response. 13th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

When it came time to sell, I knew I would only work with Oliver again.<br><br>I invited several estate agents to view my property, but none of them inspired the confidence that Oliver did. He is highly professional, honest, straightforward, and delivers an outstanding level of service from start to finish.
