Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.

It was a particularly complicated move which had lots of challenges and she was so lovely from start to finish!<br><br>Izzy was always approachable, friendly and proactive. We could always rely on her to follow up on matters and find answers for us quickly!<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

And we have decided to buy!- 3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Beth was extremely helpful as due to my wife and myself disabilities we weren't able to view the property, so Beth did a video tour of the property for us and has helped during all stages of our application. At no time were we put under pressure during the process.

Not knowing the area too well we were reliant on his expertise and knowledge. Our purchase ended up going through in just 8 weeks. Scott or Chris always came<br>back to me with an update when I asked for one. 13th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.
