15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We went with Crofts estate agents after having several valuations as they were more optimistic about our property ( which needed lots of work) the house received several offers and we were delighted to have sold it in a reasonable amount of time
19th Mar 2026 (5 mo. ago)Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily. I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :) To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".

Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.

24th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Didn't contact us, we had to chase them up all the time. Waited in for someone to view our property only to discover they had cancelled and we weren't notified. Photographs our our property all looked very dark compared to the agent's we have now. They put a for sale sign up that was too short and risked people walking into it, I adjusted myself.

21st May 2026 (17 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.
