9th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I contacted Saffron Naylor in the Maintenance Dept to request that a contractor be appointed to paint the window frames of my property. She engaged the contractor & supplied me with a quote which I accepted. She agreed to hold back rent money, plus I sent the difference by bank transfer to cover the full costs of the job. The work was carried out on Monday & I am pleased with how it looks & how Saffron has managed this. She is efficient, thoughtful & helpful and an asset to your business. 21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)From the moment I met laura we got the vibe for how lovely she was! We just gelled really from her first house viewing we did altogether.. she was kind and attentive to our needs and thought we would suit the house which is still our top runner to the present day! We are hoping we will deal with Laura more during our house move as we know we will be well looked after!<br><br>I just wanted to mention too that Laura and Dawn come to do our evaluation on our property and were very kind , attentive especially with me as a mum of a 2.5 year old that was very tired and worn out on our first day of potty training … something I won’t forget it how they really cared about me and my little boy during the whole time they were here and really apologetic about taking up my time. I felt really quite embarrassed at how the evaluation went as my son is going through a really tough time emotionally right now and they were really nice to me and made me feel at ease.<br><br>We will recommend Martin and co to our friends and family especially where Laura and Dawn are involved because there effects are seamless and patience really shines through.<br><br>Many Thanks,<br><br>Jasmine , Dean and Noah- 31st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Put my bungalow up for sale with Youe Move in May.Ryan did the appraisal and I found him courteous and knowledgeable.I feel he pitched the price just right.Second set of feet though the door bought it.All throughout Andrea kept me appraised of what was happening and what would be happening.Can’t praise these two enough.Great selling experience.Would highly recommend!
14th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

They sold our house before it had even officially gone to market, with their efficiency and proactive approach.<br><br>The whole team was friendly, professional and always on the ball. Communication was excellent throughout, and the entire process was handled smoothly with no hiccups at all.<br><br>A special mention goes to Lee, the photographer, whose attention to detail was outstanding and the photographs superb.<br>A very important aspect of the house selling process in my book.<br>Also, thank you to Tommy Johnson, our Residential Valuer, whose professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm gave us confidence from the very start.<br><br>The marketing was first-class and made a real difference. The experience was chalk and cheese compared with another estate agency we used last year, where we had poor communication, very little proactive input and, ultimately, no results.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pygott & Crone to anyone looking to sell their home.

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham
29th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dealt with Lovelle a fair amount over the years and it’s always been good service. However recently I’m not sure if there has been changes but the dynamic seems to be even better with the team and you can tell they all really get on. I’d like to especially give props to Karen and Mason as there has never been a point where their energy fails to prevail through the phone and no request is ever too much. I think Mason might be new and he seems a great chirpy chap. I will always recommend Lovelle to my family and friends and will continue to use them for any future needs.
24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

When it came time to sell, I knew I would only work with Oliver again.<br><br>I invited several estate agents to view my property, but none of them inspired the confidence that Oliver did. He is highly professional, honest, straightforward, and delivers an outstanding level of service from start to finish.
6th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Contacted about a viewing on a commercial property in Skegness, firstly they are near impossible to get through onto a phone constant awnser phone, so then email them, said I’d want to view on a Friday as that’s the only days I’m available, they replied saying they can do a Thursday…. I replied again saying I can only do Fridays and a week has past now with no response, I’ll be avoiding brown-co from now on. Waste of time very poor service.

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

She supported us every step of the way through the mortgage process, making what could have been overwhelming feel straightforward and manageable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was always happy to slow things down whenever we felt unsure. Her approach is truly personalised, and you never feel like just another client. She is warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
