Zoe, James and Mark were consistently helpful, professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Their customer service was top-notch, making us feel well-supported every step of the way. Special mention to Zoe, whose exceptional people skills made a real difference. She kept us informed at every stage, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident in all our dealings with the process. The entire team made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward – this includes the extremely efficient and helpful telephone staff that often took our calls and reassured us. Highly recommend Brown and Co for anyone looking to buy or sell – they truly go above and beyond.

9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)This estate agents must be the worst in Lincoln by far, extremely unprofessional, not transparent and do not understand how to hold people accountable. They all need training including their managers as it’s a shambles dealing with them and from hear on out I will make sure they’re never recommended. What a fantastic pair these two are. They are so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I am delighted to say that after a difficult selling experience with previous agents, Your Move has got us a sale going through again! Wow! We are so pleased! Ellie and Andrea have put our minds at ease all the way through the process. They have both been so lovely to speak to and really personable. I really felt like I knew them both personally and they took the time to speak to me whenever I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Unlike other estate agents that can make you feel like you are just 'a number', Ellie and Andrea knew our situation well and understood the worries we had from the beginning having had chains collapse on us previously. They were both knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuine. I honestly can't speak any higher of them! In addition, a special mention goes to Michael who carried out viewings for us when we were unable to do them ourselves due to work commitments. Thank you so much all of you! My busy work schedule meant that viewings were difficult to attend but Martyn worked around this, allowing me to see the property quickly. He responds to any emails quickly and has been brilliant at ensuring the house sale has gone through. Thank you!

Angie who co-ordinated the sale was brilliant. Communication was frequent and useful and she was very proactive in her advice to help the sale go through as quickly and efficiently as possible.

They are so knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them even late nights and weekends calls are answered promptly with a fast resolution. I have used Whitegates for the past three years and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a property managed, find a tenant or a home to rent or buy.

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham

I recently had some trouble at the end of my tenancy and they were so helpful, going out of their way to offer as much support as they could! 24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.

2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)urgently needed a room in a week and this agency upcharged me an extra £100 due to being a "short term rental" spoke to other estate agents and they all said it was just made up had to constantly call the new estate agents to get it reduced to the normal advertised rate. they also changed the document for tenancy rent price after i had paid the holding fee constant drip-feeding me information and very slow told me i could pay monthly then a day before move in said no you have to pay two months upfront + deposit awful experience steer clear

1st May 2026 (4 days ago)We were buyers, and found the staff at Mallinsons easily contacted, very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties we were viewing and when we came to purchasing a property, very good at following progress. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.
